I have a lisp that i use on occasion so i loaded it with APPLOAD into the startup suite. now it loads and runs every time i open a drawing. how can i stop it from running...but still have it available when i need it (without having to find it and reload it)?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed the trial version of autocad 2012 yesterday and it worked fine when it stated after installation, but today i am unable to start it my old MEP 2008 starts up instead , i do not have the option to start 2012 there are no autocad 2012 short cuts on desk top ( I'm sure there was after instalation ? ) and it isnt in the start menu or the open with menu, i can see autocad 2012 in the program files but no exe files, how to recover the desktop short cuts ?
Is it a conflict with MEP 2008 ?
I want to add a realtime clock to my video ... following the timeline clock. Can I do this with VideoStudio? How?
View 14 Replies View RelatedI am running Win 7 64bit Pro with several users defined on a PC. PSP X4 runs OK for my user, but all other users cannot start PSP X4 they get a message Temp Directory not defined. The Temp Directory is defined and valid with write permissions.
Windows is installed on C: drive, but User directories are on E: Drive
PSP X4 version 14.3.0.3

I have even tried copying the corel hive of HKCUSoftwareCorel from my user and "DocumentsCorel Paintshop Pro" directory to the other user, but still get the temp directory is not defined message
So basically although PSP X4 is running for one user on the PC, none of the other users can start it to run for the first time

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor some reason when I scrub through my animation, it runs really slow. And it has nothing to do with my computer itself. It is the particular file. I tested this by opening up one of my others (i saved in iterations) and they all scrub just fine. All I was doing was animating with a rig, so there isnt any extra polygons or whatever. And on top of that, it worked just fine before I exited the program earlier, I even playblasted it and everything, and then I looked at the playblast later and decided I wanted to change something, reopened the file, and the timeline has been chugging ever since. I tried opening and closing maya already.

View 3 Replies View RelatedLlightroom 4.4 crashes everytime I try to playback video causing the app to close. The video loads fine, I can see the thumbnail, but when I hit play I hear audio for a few seconds, the video doesn't typically play or plays for only 1 second then the app crashes. Video files play fine in quicktime or Windows media. This happened in 4.3 as well so not related to the upgrade to 4.4. Here is what is logged in the Windows error log.

I use command SSautoopen, set to 1 but doesn't alway work. Sometimes if I close AutoCad and reopen it I can got to drop down menu and click on .dst extension and it will open but if I close out of it it won't open again unless I restart AutoCAD. I thought I used a command from the Express Tool menu but can't find it.

I have a batch program which I want to launch from a LISP program.
First this is an attempt at an automated process whereby user input is extremely restricted. Other than the first click of the mouse on the menu item to save a copy of the file to a very restricted folder, no other user input is allowed.
AutoCAD, like most commercial apps writes a temporary file and then renames it when you choose save or saveas. And due to the restrictions in this folder that will not work. Crazy, I know but it's the parameters I must work within.
The batch file I'm launching calls another batch program in it's execution and I'm wondering if that could be where control is lost. But the thing is I can type this at the command line in AutoCAD:
(startapp "//a_very_long/novell_server_path/my_folder/vlisp/mybatchfile.bat")
The whole process works great. The command window flashes briefly AutoCAD closes the active drawing window just like I want it to. And when I check that the dwg file has been copied to the restricted folder it's there and done. But when I place that same command within my LISP program or one like this:

For some reason it has been doing this every since I edited photos from my external. I have deleted those photos edited in LR3 and it still opens up. I am completely new to using LR.

I have ACA 2013 (student version) running in the Windows 8 environment. I cannot open anything drawn in a previous release nor can I open a drawing created in ACA 2013 that was installed on the Windows 7 platform.
I have tried to drag in the drawings through design center. That worked for a while now when I try that it causes ACA to crash. Also I have tried multiple drawings that were created in several different versions of ACA. (2004, 2006 and 2009)
As a side note I was able to open those files in ACA 2013 running on the Windows 7 OS.
I have CorelDRAW X4, when I open some file(s), which takes long time to open, even which file size is smaller or bigger.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Mac running OS X version 10.7.5. I have Photoshop Elements 8 and 9 installed. They work fine. I also have Photoshop CS5.1 installed. It worked fine for a number of months until yesterday. Now, it will not open. I re-installed from the disk, and went throught the whole process, and it said "Done". However when I double-click the icon I get the spinning color wheel for a second or two, and the icon blinks, but nothing opens. I restarted my machine, but that didn't solve anything - I got the same result.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI dont know if its the UCS thats twisting or something else thats happening . If you look at the screen print i attached you can see that the view cube is orthogonal but the cursor is slightly rotated. If i restart my computer this will not be the case.
Then the cursor and the view cube both will be orthogonal. But after a while, for no reason it will rotate again and I have to restart my computer!
