I have created a horizontal alignment with labels and would like to label the station at a drive entrance. Do I insert at that point? My label then says pi: x+xx.xx. How do I have it just label the station?

Why is the reason Autodesk developers think that designers dont want to see this information instead of "add labels, aligments, multiple segments,. etc ....

I wanted to plot points at the stations of horizontal alignment to be then able to capture their XYZ and thus can be stored on the GPS devise for setting out on the field.

Land desktop anchored the alignment stationing at the "+" sign directly on the alignment.
Is there a way to do the same in C3D 2010 without adjusting the x,y locations?
Maybe my workflow is flawed but I thought I had done this before:
Drawing A has alignments and profile views
Drawing B has DS of alignments from A
User A is working on annotating profile views in drawing A. User B is working on design profiles in Drawing B, adds DS of design profile and everything looks correct in the DS node. But when we try to DS in the design profiles we get the message in the title.

This is with Civil 3D 2013. I am able to create a pline by offsetting an alignment using any drawing on any other workstation in our office, but on my machine I get an error: "1 object(s) were filtered out." when I try to select the alignment.
This leads me to searching for some system variable or something that is different on my machine.
I accidentally deleted the major and minor station labels along my alignment. Is there a way to re-insert them?

Because I don't like to have labels of alignment when the alignment is turn off.
The major and minor station alignment labels keep disappearing in my drawing. I've had some luck by removing and re-adding the labels but this has stopped working. Is this an issue that will be resolved by Service Pack 1?

I have frozen the layer with the alignment on it in a viewport, but not the layer with the labels. However, when I regen, the labels disappear. I need to have the labels visible, and the linework off.

After a lot of messing around, I finally got C1, C2, etc., but the table lists C1 & then C?. I've thawed & turned on all the layers, but there aren't any C??? labels on the alignment. Another alignment in the same drawing worked fine.
