Revit :: How To Create No / Yes / Visibility Parameter For Title Block

How to create a 'No/Yes' or visibility parameter for a title block? I have my Architectural Seal as an image inserted into my title block family. I want to have that as a parameter for visibility so I can have it turned off until I am ready to print for final building department submission filing.
If possible, this would be a global adjustment so I would operate this parameter once and will affect all the sheets in the project instead of having two title block families and swapping those out at the time of filing.

I am creating a title block in Revit Architecture 2012. I am trying to create new labels for my title block and cannot seem to get it to work. I created a shared parameter and added the parameters I wanted to add to my title block. I chose the "common" discipline and the type of parameter as "text". I added these parameters to the label parameters I wanted to insert into the title block. When I do so they show up in the edit family, but when I load them into my project they don't show up.

I have this block (see attachment) with three attributes and a visibility parameter that I want to hide one, two or all attributes. It works well while I'm in the block editor but it will not work properly when used in the drawing. The option of "Point only" does not hide all attributes of some reason.

I am trying to have my block with different visibility options but i don't want a long list to choose from under one parameter. If I did what I am wanting to in one visibility it would be a very long list of different combination options. The list would have 16 different options. Is there a way to have multiple visibility parameters?

I find the visibility parameter a very useful option when building families. Unfortunately it doesn't work when exporting IFC. The elements set to not visible are visible in the IFC exports.
I also experienced IFC export issues with the use of phases.An element created at phase 1 and set to demolished at phase 2, will not be visible in the IFC export of phase 1.
The IFC Exporter for Revit 2012 v1.0.4.msi was used when running into these issues.How to be able to have correct IFC exports using the visibility parameter ?

Is it possible to create a block to insert on our title block that will populate itself with a list of drawings and names?

Is there a way to get a filename label in the title block??
At the moment filepath label is used, but this path is too long for the small space we have.

Showing the “file name” on the title block,

I'm trying to create a dynamic block with several different visibility states and for each visibility state I have created an attribute. Each attribute has a different text style because I need the size of the text to change when I change the visibility state. But on the model space I can only see and edit te attribute in one of the visibility states. How to create a block that allows me to see different attributes in different visibility states or that alows me to change the text stryle of the attribute acording to the visibility state?

I would like to add a new (user) parameter to a dynamic block within my code. I have noticed that this is possible manually. But couldn't find how to do this in .Net. When this parameter has been created it would be necessary to fill in a value. So the parameter can either be a general parameter, that can be adjusted later or a (user/dynamic) parameter specific for the block.

I have a Revit project with two different types of title blocks - one for Planning Board Submissions and one for Construction Documents. Is there a way of changing the title block family for a sheet from one family to another? I cannot seem to be able to do this without deleting the sheet and re-creating it with the new title block family.
I cannot just edit the family and reload it because, like I said, I need to maintain certain information on some sheets and different information on others.

I want to pin all our sheets in the lower left corner. We are using a parametric sheet with all the sheet sizes we need built in. The title block is placed in the lower right corner. Is there a way to keep the lower left corner in place (pin) and the tiltle block moving when changing sheet size?

My company works the location map of the houses that built in AutoCAD, I need that map in my titble block in Revit, so I insert the CAD in the family of my title block, but is static, i can't move it, i need something like CropView that gave me the oportunity to hide part of the CAD.
I make the exercise inserting the CAD in a ceiling plan view of the project to have the flexibility of hide part of the map (Crop view), but only work if I inserted in one sheet not all that i have.

I run Autocad 2010LT at work, where I do fire alarm drawings. I've been trying to create a dynamic block (sort of a one stop-shop) for my wiring diagrams, and wanted to include device text with it.
My question is, is there a way I can create a dynamic block with multiple visibility states where each state has it's own independent/editable attribute definition?
Basically what I'm trying to acheive is the ability to make a different description layout for each one of my device types. (They all have a different function, and a different address style) Really so I can minimize the time I spend editing the formats when I'm trying to crank out a plan review ASAP.

I try to create dynamic block of Tectus hinges. Bassicaly I would like create multiple visibility block:
first grip - type of hinge (TE240, TE 340....)
second grib - type of view: elevation, side and plan.
For plan view I would like create third grip with options: close, open 90 deg, open 180 deg.
In attached file I'm started working on this. For now I focus on first two type of hinges TS240 and TS340. I'm close to realize my gola but still something doesn't work correct. If you play with grips sometimes block disappear on show as custom view.

I have a block of a circle and a line coming from the left and right side quadrant of the circle to a common point (see pic). I want to create a dynamic block using a Stretch and Rotate parameter. You select the block, the Rotate point (grip) shows at the end of the two lines. I can grab that grip and rotate both lines and circle by moving this point around the screen, but cannot Stretch this point to a new location at the same time. How can I have the Rotation end point follow the Stretch parameter?
