Photoshop :: Export For The Web

I would like to get the best possible output for our logo for the web. Created in Illustrator, saved as a jpeg, imported into Photoshop, used the save for web feature.I want to use the best possible options, but it is confusing - gif, jpeg, selective or other, dither or non dither, lossy?, 256 colors? Also, when I create a gif file it is larger than the original. I can shrink the image down in its final destination, but is there a way to set it before creation. I have attached my logo, logo is a vector file and I used our font, but I wonder if I should use a web font like verdana or would that make a difference?

Will Corel6 (or later)Â ever be able to export to a web page directly since the HTLM export doesn't work (drops links). The Corel Web program, or what ever its name is, was a joke. Its amazing that Corel work puts its name on a program that you could not open a CorelDraw file.
My current work around is  to export to a JPG and then import that into dreamweaver and add the links there, then post. A pain but it works.

Win 8.1 64 bit A Toshiba Satellite laptop, LR 5.3. When I try to export I get a window without export buttons at the bottom to do the export. Further if I try to resize the export window the export window disappears and LR freezes requiring to ctrl/alt/del to close it. I cannot export anything to HD or email, etc.

I was in a class last night where everyone had Macs and the buttons appeared on their versions and worked fine. Totally repeatable. I can supply screen shots.

I've created various snapshots of a series of photos and I'm ready to export. Is there a way to export all the snapshots at once, in a single export step? Up to now, I've been doing this step by step, exporting one version of the image, than going to the next snapshot and exporting again.

Im using CS6 and in InDesign can see all of the text required. When I export to PDF, one line of text is not picked up, this is say line 4 of 8, all the other text is exported correctly. Then when I amend this section by adding text/changing colours, InDesign does not pick up my changes?

It almost workable, but it works with fully visible or fully invisible areas only. For example if I have a transparent layer and add a second transparent layer with a red rect with opacity 50%, then I will got an image where the transparency of this rect is 100% (fully visible).

How to solve this problem? I use Photoshop CS6 (Mac OS version).

When exporting to pdf in Photoshop CC in CMYK, Acrobat opens it with a blank page and the message that it's out of memory. Exporting the same file as RGB opens fine. Exporting as CMYK has worked fine in all the previous versions of Photoshop and still does in CS6.

I have been getting the error "Could not export the clipboard because it is too big to export" since upgrading to CS6. The same files at the same bit depth on the same computer do not cause this error in CS5.

In fact, I can open a file in CS5, copy it, and paste it into CS6 with no trouble. If I then copy again within CS6 and leave the program, I am given the error.

This error appears regardless of whether Photoshop CS6 is running alone, or with several apps.The Raw files are from a Canon 5D mark ii and tend to be 20-25MB in size,

I am running a Mac Pro 2.8GHz Quad Core Intel with 24GB of RAM. I have set the preferences to allocate 70% of this RAM, which should be sufficient. Changing the allocation to 90% or 100% has no effect, nor does adjusting the tiles configuration. My scratch disks have 130GB and 500GB free.

I opened a shirt in daz and exported as .u3d then opened it in photoshop cs5. I then painted on it, etc and got it the way I wanted it. My problem is I can’t get the .u3d object back in daz or saved as an obj or any 3d format so I can get it back in daz. When I use the daz bridge export as u3d it opens a accept window in daz but nothing loads.Â

I know the shirt is not going to be the same as when I exported it but I would still like to get it back in daz. The shirt was just want I picked to try and learn how to get models back and forth between the two programs. Do I need to use the adobe bridge? And if so how? I tried to research exchange file but has no luck.

I produce a simple piece of HTML mailing for my clients to send as an e-mail blast. I typically create these, and they contain graphics and some direct hyperlinks with URL information embedded within a slice. I Export to Web and place the produced files on my FTP, get the link and I send out a blast e-mail. When I test this on my Mac (Mail) the piece looks perfect.

Some of my clients have replied that the output is desheveled. Indeed it does look that way. It looks as there are shifted or missing slices. I started to send out a blast test to all of my personal e-mai accounts, and I did get questionable results through G-mail and my web hosts own client. But the art looks great following the link to the FTP. All of th eembeded links work. I'm sure most of my clients are on Outlook and WIndows, so I don't know how to correct this.

I have a series of images in a folder on my PC. I'd like to use CS5 to automatically generate a web page to display these images. This used to be easy with older versions of PS. In fact PS provided several format options for the resulting web page. I can't find this capability in CS5? What happened?

I've recently created planets in photohop 3d and have rendered it to post on a photoshop forum so the viewer can see it using the old standard green/red glasses, in fact I just figured out how to do that tonight.
My Question to the community is this. In photoshop I can use Timeline to show the planet rotating. My question is,can I somehow export that to a gif or something so it will show the rotation on a website I post to. I tried the export to mpeg but in photoshop it would take over 12 hours on a 3.4g 6 core 12g ram system.

I know you have to make a work path first but thats not the problem...when go to File>>>Export, the option to Export Paths to Illustrator is not there, its missing. Why is that, I'm using CS3 Extended.

I'm having the hardest time trying to get an flv with transparency.
I have a series of numbered photoshop files. Each file contains one partially transparent layer (no mask), and when I open the files as an image sequence, the transparency looks good. However, when I export to FLV with Alpha enabled, my FLV doesn't seem to have an alpha channel.

im currently workin between photoshop and flash but am havin problems with the size of my files.
I am saving my images form photoshop - for example size 700px x 800px. and then set my stage size within flash to 700px x 800px, but when i import the file into flash they are not set to the values and are a lot smaller?

Working with a brochure I have created in Photoshop CS2 v9, I have inserted some pretty high resolution jpgs, but they keep appearing pixelated if I print it, only the jpgs are this way. I open them in another window then drag them in into my layered document set to 300dpi.

I am working on an animation project and wanted to render the second I had completed just to see what it looked like so I went to File -- Export -- Render Video... but when I open the Quicktime file to view it, it just plays as one single frame for about 17 seconds. Why is this happening? Why won't it just export the frames as one second of animation?

How come sometimes when I open someone else's PSD file it shows up in kinda a wrong tint of colors. Then when I export it, it is the right color. For example, I open something that is sapposed to be grey, but is kind of an orangey-grey....but when I make my changes and export the slices to JPEG format, it is the right color grey.
