View 8 Replies View RelatedWhen exporting files from Illustrator, I get a ton of layers named <path> and <group>. I want to quickly rename these layers in Photoshop.
I'm using Alt-[ & -] to move up and down my Layer palette, but I haven't figured how to change a layer name other than double-clicking on the name (which takes a hand off the keyboard). Is there any way to rename a layer by using the keyboard only?
How do I make a picture into black & white while still leaving parts of the picture in color?
Also, when covering up a flaw I can not get the color to match. I have used the color picker and chosen the area closest to the area I am trying to cover up and it is still not working out.
On a many layered photo, I used to be able to highlight a layer by touching it, so I could edit the layer. Now I can't highlight the layer unless I scroll down on the layers tool on the side bar. This is hard to do with some of my larger projects.

Each "pair of picture" shows the same person on the same background/perspective/settings (using a tripod) -- but with the person on a different position. Now I want to crop these pairs of pictures. Now I am recording my cropping of the first picture as an action and repeat the same step via this action on the second picture.
But it is possible eg to record my cropping via a shortcut and execute the cropping with another shortcut to the next picture (the "next actually opened" picture) just to do this faster?
