View 3 Replies View RelatedI have some text in one animation frame and in another frame it's supposed to move and get smaller. The problem is, when I adjust the size of the text (smaller) in the second frame to tween it later, the text size in the first frame gets smaller as well. I hope I make sense. Is it possible to tween text and make it get smaller in imageready?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just made this .gif in ImageReady, and I'm wondering how to get rid of that pause between the last and first frame.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a full version of PS, I have a few questions. Seeing as how I now have a full version, I have ImageReady as well. I was following a simple tutorial to get aquainted with IR and came upon a problem. How do I have an un-animated piece of text above a fading section? I know how to do fading text, but not how to apply the tween to only one section of the image.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to add sound to an animation. I read an old thread on these forums saying that you'd need to turn it into an .avi... How would I go about converting it to such a file and syncing a sound file to it?
View 1 Replies View RelatedIs there a way that I can create a transparent animation with ImageReady without it leaving a large white halo around it?
I create transparent animations with drop shadows; however, when I finish the job in ImageReady and then save it will create a white halo around it. No, I do not mean fringe. I mean a large white halo.
From the looks of it, it is as if the program can not create a image with a drop shadow with out a background to project it on. Any time that I create a transparent image with a drop shadow, it will always create that white halo.
Here is an example. However, if the board has the white background it will not be a visabel problem. This is a sig for another forum that I belong to.
I've opened up a file to which i produced the other night. Through scaling down a jpeg image to a suitable size to be used as an avatar on a website, i've made 51 frames. Now before i used to save any animations via 'Save Optimized As...' then select the .gif option. The problem is, when i now go to save my file as an animation, it does not give me the option to save as .gif . The choices i have are something like .jpg / .htm or both. Also, before the save file dialog box pops up i have a message stating something along the lines of 'jpegs etc etc are not compatible with animations' or something? I've never seen this message before and have also created animated .gif files from a jpeg file in the past...

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've created a picture in photoshop and then switched it to image ready. What i'm trying to do, is rotate the picture in a full circle....but whenever i try to change the angle of the picture, it rotates all of the frames not just the one i'm working in. I'm new to imageready and i think ive gotten beyond my capabilities, i played w/ actions, but don't really understand those either. Can anyone help me figure this out?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm very new to using Photoshop CS. I want to create a spinning jpg image. I want the jpg to continually spin through it's centre axis. Is it possible to join four of these up to play one after the other and make one long animation?

View 9 Replies View RelatedThe cursor changes from the pointer into the spinning balls as if PS is applying a filter or preparing to save, However I can still use the the tool while this is happening to brush or clone. For example when I use the clone tool (9 out of 10 times this is when it occurs) and im working on something quite delicate and the cursor changes to the spinning balls I am still able to carry on cloning but it very difficult to keep my accuracy because you cant see where your cloning.
Initially I thought I could just ignore it and it would only happen every so often and maybe for a second or two, but its quite frequent and and does last a while. Added to that the annoying disappearing cursor trick that also keeps happening, it all making PS very frustrating to use at the moment.

Both CC and CS6 have been hanging up with the spinning beach ball. At first it's when I try to save a psd document. Haven't tried other formats. After it hangs up, I have to Force Quit and Restart. Then I can't even get Photoshop to open. It gives me the beachball during the load screen.
I did load the new update to CC this morning before this started happening. I've even wiped and restored my Start Up Drive thinking something was amiss there.
The link below contains the problem report.

I cleared out my cache folders from Premire Pro and Encore recently. Now when ever I'm in Photoshop I am consistently getting the spinning pinwheel on very simple edits.
Example, I open a very small JPG, and add a box to it. Just dragging the box, I will get a spinning pinwheel. I don't get it on any other applications.
I used a rectangular image and the result is more oblong.

I am looking for a way to import a sequence of images that represent an object spinning. I'd like to be able to import these onto the timeline and have it play thru the images by turning them on/off at the correct time. I basically want to do the same way that you can do in Flash when importing an image sequence.
