View 2 Replies View RelatedI loaded Elements 2.0 today. I have Elements 9 (paid a lot for it) but after hours, upon hours, upon hours, upon hours, upon hours of trying to get it to work - I gave up. So, I puchased 2.0. It has taken me most of the day fixing the "full scratch disc" problem (finally got it) & now I can't save a photo. I have tried everything; changing extensions, saving to different drives, getting the photos from different drives, reducing the photo, etc & nothing works. The error message either states the drive is full (it isn't) or no expanation is given - just "the photo can't be saved". Why can't I save a photo using my new Elements 2.0.
