I just got my new Mac Pro, and installed CS2. When I try and open Photoshop, I get the message " Could not initialize Photoshop because the disk is not available".
I called Apple and they told me it was an Adobe problem.
I uninstalled and re-installed CS2 three times, as suggested by Apple, but I cannot get Photoshop to work.
When I hit F1 or go to Help|Photoshop Help I get a dialog - "Could not find the Adobe help application" and suggestion to reinstall. I reinstalled and still can't access it. I also deleted the preferences and tried -
I have a full licenced copy of Photoshop CS6. A month ago I launched the software and it had become a trial version of CS6 Extended, as far as I know I didn't authorise. Now the trial is over and I can no longer access Photoshop. How to I revert back to CS6?
I am trying to Photoshop files from a client on USB, but when I make changes and try to save them I get the message "write access not granted". How can I overcome this?
When I try to access CS3 on a Mac book, a blank registration screen appears of which I am unable to touch, thus not allowing me to access Photoshop CS3.
I have a macbook Pro, 17 in, with 8GB Ram, and the video card listed below. It SEEMS to meet the specifications, but the 3D menu is not available in CC (it is available in PS CS-6, however). Now, this laptop has the option of having "normal" graphics, or accellerated (which is what I listed below). However, the first time I started Photohop CC, it was in Normal mode, and I recived a warning that the video driver was not fast enough. I reset it to accellerated. I no longer receive the error message, but the menu option is still not available.

I have Photoshop CS3 on a PC running Windows Vista. When I try to batch or automate I cannot access any files other than the desktop. If I do file>automate>batch and then go to choose folder, the only folders I can access is the desktop. There are no plus signs and no other options except desktop. The same thing happens if I go file>scripts>image processor. Someone told me this could be a permissions problem with Vista.
We are having issues with Adobe Bridge working properly with Photoshop. When trying to access Bridge through Photoshop we receive the following error "Bridge CS6 was not found on this system. To use this command, please reinstall Bridge CS6"  - We have the Master Collection CS6 installed - Bridge CS6 is working fine as a stand-alone program - This is installed on Windows 7 x64 - I am unable to find an uninstall location for Bridge CS6, it is not under control panel > Adobe Master Suite - All adobe products are up-to-date as of this morning.
Whenever I save a set of print settings for printing I can no longer access Print Settings again. This works but then the problem represents itself the next time I go to print. It is rather tedious to reset all my preferences every time I want to print a document.  Mac 10.6.8. I have the latest version of CS5 fully updated. Printing to an Epson 4800.
I have a problem with Photoshop CC and the 3D functions. I cannot access them in any way. I cannot choose them in any menu, like they aren't in the software. In the options i activated 3D and so on, but it still isn't there. Â I have an integrated intel hd graphics family... is that the problem? But i can use high end programs like cinema4d without any issues. So whats going wrong Photoshop? Â My system is running windows 7 64 bit, photoshop is 64 bit version too.
Until recently, all the CS6 applications accessed all the fonts on my system.  Now when I click in a font drop-down menu in Photoshop or Illustrator, for example, I only get a small sub-set of fonts (the ones I believe come with the applications).  How do I get the applications to access/find/discover all the fonts I have?  Background: I am running OS 10.7.5 on my laptop, with Creative Cloud Membership. I also have CS6 Creative Cloud on my Desktop.  The only thing that has changed (that I can think of) was that I had an issue with Adobe Muse about a month ago, in which the Cloud server mistakenly said I had too many subscriptions / installations and would not let me update Muse. The Adobe Helpdesk people had to deactivate / reactivate the Creative Cloud Membership on my desktop to fix this. In between then and now I did not use any "exotic" fonts for the things I was doing, and so did not notice any missing fonts. Now I'm trying to update an older file that uses fonts not in the list.  When I checked the Help feature in Illustrator and Photoshop, it included such advice as trashing a Library file related to fonts. Wouldn't this make the CS6 applications stop working? or would the applications re-create the font "cache" from scratch again when you re-start them?
I entered my printer's specified color settings and saved them as a csf file in the colorsync folder. Now when I try to convert to or proof as these settings they don't show up in the custom profiles drop-down and when I hit the load button and navigate to the colorsync folder the csf file is greyed-out and I can't choose it.
I am no closer to activating CS6.I do not have an internet connection on the machine I am installing it on. I have the disk. But, no way to activate it. Â Spent an hour waiting for the adobe installer to download on this machine and it never gave a code - couldn't even find one.How do I activate CS6 - or did I waste the money and need to send the disk back and quit this stuff?
In Photoshop CS6, when I open the program, I am unable to access the tools. I will not allow me to change from the hand tool. Cannot zoom, cannot move with the hand icon that pops up. I have restarted the program many times. Using a Mac book Pro, 10.7.5.

There is a problem with this programme on Mac computers According to my computer it is updated and has versionb 10.6.8  But this forum has indicated that there is a Version 10.8.4  I have also found that you have to upgrade to CS6 to overcume trhis problem.
I cannot access the edit workspace. I get an error message saying it's an invalid address. This just happened today and I don't know why. It is an old program.
I am having a problem with 3d in CS6. When I am working in 3d, sometimes I will create a 3d layer, and while it opens up in the 3d panel, I am restricted to moving aroung the x axis and y axis only, and cannot move around the z axis. The tools at the top of the panel are restrict to the first tool only, and it revolves around the x and y axes only.
This happens intermittently, and to correct I have to restart my computer. How do I resolve this problem.
I want to align various layers to different parts of my document. I have noticed in the past that alignment options sometimes display at the top of the screen, though they are not doing it for me now and I can not find an alignment panel. Â 1. How can I access the alignment options? 2. From a graphic designer's perspective, should text centered on a document generally only be used for formal style invites?
