View 2 RepliesI have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice at the recomendation of a tech rep, changed preferences, deleted preferences, turned over my screen to a rep and still have the same problem.
View 1 Replies View Relatedwhere my hue/saturation filter just quits working. I use that filter religiously so it has to be fixed each time it occurs. I've only had the Adobe CS3 for 3 months and I've had to resolve this 3 times now. Each time this has happend I've had to uninstall the entire CS3 design package and do a complete reinstall which takes almost 4 hours because my download uses the Adobe server. My product download was purchased online so I do not have a disk but rather files that I downloaded from Adobe with product serial numbers. I've used Adobe for years, as far back as Adobe 5, and never had such a problem! I've checked in my preferences and have ample RAM available for the settings. I use Dell inspirion and have 2 GB of RAM total on my system.

Have upgraded from CS5 to CS6. Do not have Camera Raw plugin/filter. Have tried the 'updates' under help, no good. Do I have to purchase the plugin?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI am a 3d visualiser, who specialises in Architectural Visluals.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin, or a way of realistically creating, the technique of a standard SLR filter, to a CGI image.
I have seen a couple of big companies who produce images that seem to have a distinct style, and it seems to be the colour levels either are too saturated or over colourfull, yet they are very good and a have a nice feel to the images.
I think they must use a lens filter type plugin, but i cant seem to find one on the net..
I have dowloaded the Trial version of Photoshop CC in Spanish and everything is fine with one exception: the camera shake filter option does not appear on the list of options.

Should it not add that filter to the whole layer (e.g. all frames in that clip)?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI often shoot with 2 cameras to save me changing lenses fequently. However, after I've uploaded my images into LR3 and switch to the 'Develop' module, the images are mixed up (I assume they are ordered by time taken.) How can I filter them by camera model in the image strip at the base of the module? Also, how does the 'Camera Info' option filter? And can it be set?

I uploaded some mono images from my Canon EOS5D(2) taken with an orange filter. Previous uploads have been fine. This time, after showing the mono images in the catalogue they all convert spontaneously to orange images of various shades - and the images also show colours. The camera setting was correct, on checking, for mono uploads and, in any case, never a problem before. What have I done wrongly - and is there any rescue? Lightroom is v2.7.
