View 1 RepliesX5 Recently have begun missing parts of print out. Tried to duplicate but appears completely random.
Output to both Full colour laser and Wide Format printers will miss either text or part of objects. Today printed the text but not the text effects. Initially closed and reopened, rebooted, However this has become a now daily feature so regardless tried reprint from the same screen so next print has everything included.
Very costly and time consuming - print preview shows all correct but output is not the same.
Running Win 7 64bit 8GB Ram
I want tthe text overlay in the slide show module to include the file caption. My captions are long and need two or more rows of text. The problem I have is that Lightroom will only display the caption text on a single line that runs well outside of the slide area. Even if I make the text small by grabbing the center point of the text box and make the height small, the text stays on a single line and extends outside the slide area. I am not able to grab a corner and drag the text box to a more square proportion forcing the text to break into multiple lines. As far as I can tell this is not possible.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have gone from X13 to X15. With x15 all my text prints grey. This happens with both printers I use. If using x15 and saving as v13 I can open x13 and the job will print correctly. I am working in Windows 7. I think the problem is with a new printer option that does not come up with x13 but is there in x15 and I don't know what to change.
View 2 Replies View Relatedissues using True Type Fonts when printing some text through CorelDraw x6. Basically I do screen printing, and I have issues printing TTF's... The text when it prints out chops letters/adds spacing where its not needed, and towards the end of the sheet of vellum - starts to print the first letter of word on the left over again...
I haven't had issues printing off of my HP printer, but that broke so I invested in a BROTHER HL-2230 monochrome laser printer.
I have a project in which I created two layers, the top one of which is in Luminosity mode. My printer is printing the top layer only, and I cannot figure out how to print my project with the layer interaction.
I am working in Photoshop CS2, with windows XP.
Okay so I'm having issues with the text tabbing in X6 ,the tabs are set and double checked before it goes out for printing but when its printed some tabs just jump back to the edge. This also happens when the text box is updated(moved or re-sized). We have been having multiple problems with x6 now for a while , we have done the start with factory settings, which has only resolved previous issues temporarily as after a while the problem would reoccur. X5 never had these problems.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm on a help desk where we have several users who run Win7, but can't publish any projects that have a TIFF overlay. Let me correct that. It prints, but that TIFF overlay is not included.
They print to a Xerox 6204 Wide Format printer, and every single Win7 user has this problem (32 and 64 bit). The one person that still runs XP doesn't have this problem. This sounds like a driver problem to me, but we've reinstalled the drivers and still no change.
We would like to print a batch of files (up to 150-200) and be able to print over all DWG some information (Work Order number) that will be filled, or supplied by a text file (or something) else! I've check for a couples of hours now and did not find anything solid!

View 4 Replies View RelatedIt's frustrating to be able to do just about everything in LR - but not quite. I'd like more text options for the printing module. For example, when I'm printing a limited edition print, I put the edition number in the bottom left corner, under the image, within the border of the print. The title goes in the middle, slighty larger font, and then possibly a watermark.
I can use the Identity Plate to create a nice looking title, but the Photo Info will only print in the middle with no options for positioning it anywhere else, or no options for other fonts.
Is there a way to do tiling. But something that dose not overlay. Here is what I mean, video at 1:00

I am trying to make some tileset for video games. Is it possible to get in DR or PP a overlay grid like this. URL....
View 8 Replies View RelatedI made this image for printing onto t-shirts, but the printer came back and said that it was far too low a quality. only 23dpi when they require at least 72 and preferably up to 300dpi. I tried to increase the resolution but fell back on trying to remake the image.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHow do I convert the colour profile of a Lightroom custom printing package from Adobe Prophoto to sRGB before printing? For that matter, how do I save the thing? I have no interest in saving the template, or the collection separately, since neither has any use without the other. And without saving them as one finished item, I have no way to convert the colour profile of that item. I can see clearly from the appearance of the print preview that the above mentioned colour profile conversion is required.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI want to create arrows as an overlay on a sports video to highlight a certain player. Thought I could do this by creating a title using Winding3 font - but when i select Windings3 font in Corel Video Studio - instead of seeing arrows - like i do in Word, I see the alphabet? Is there any way to create Arrows in Corel VideoStudio 4Pro?
View 4 Replies View Relatedi wanna write text but make it behind the overlay image track , how can i do that ? every time i write text it comes in front of the image.
I'm using X4 version.
Im looking for lisp for deleting overlay text. currently i have to do it one by one manually.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI created two projects for a dance performance:
Project A was for the first half. It had 2 video tracks, an audio track, and a text track.
Project B had 2 video tracks an audio track & a text track.
I opened VideoStudio 5 with no project loaded.
I then went into share mode & picked generate a DVD
I then loaded project A & then loaded project B
I built a main menu which had links for project A & B
I built a "sub" menu for project A
I built a "sub" menu for project B.
I then previewed (via the DVD preview option in the SHARE step of videostudio) all menu choices. Project A & Project B played perfectly meaning that ALL tracks played at the proper time.
I then generated an actual DVD and an iso file.
I saved the project file that was used to generate the DVD.
When I played the DVD all of the effects and tracks worked for the project A material. However, only the main video track played for the project B material. In other words the overlay video track & the text tracks were ignored. I created another DVD from the iso with the same "bogus" results.
I then opened the the project that was used to generate the DVD. I went to share ... generate DVD ... preview project B worked perfectly (i.e. it utilized the overlay and text tracks).
In other words the generated DVD didn't include the video overlay & text tracks for project B. Yet when you preview it inside of VideoStudio share dvd preview the overlay track & text appears.
I have since generated a video only file for project B & the overlay & text tracks are there.
I assumed that you could import 2 vsp projects into one project during the share step when you create a DVD. Is this the problem? Or is there a bug in VideoStudio pro 5?
I'm using Photoshop CS. I want to make a text, and then I press the enter button. But, instead of a second paragraph, the text overlays. How can I solve this problem?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI created some type layers in Photoshop CS6 and the flattened. I made the background transparent. there it shows checkerboard background.then I imported to PP and added to the video track, but instead of just text, the background is white, blocking out the video entirely.
View 2 Replies View RelatedImages brought in to LR4 used as layout overlays are the wrong proportions - they are slightly skinnier. It makes the feature unusable.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI cannot get rid of the selected mask overlay while using the gradient tool. Pressing O doesn't have any effect, and in the toolbar, there IS a "show edit pins" option, but there is NO "show selected mask overlay" option. The mask appears to be permanently on, in blue.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am doing a sequence of photos and it would be extremely useful if there was a grid overlay for the photo I am working on when I am not in crop mode, the same as the thirds grid overlay you see when using the crop tool.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI cannot figure what I did? The cropping overlay tool is locked. If I try to toreduce the width, the height reduces also. This is a new phenom. What did I do wrong?
View 2 Replies View RelatedCannot view red overlay when using Adjustment brush.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently subscribed to the Creative Cloud and installed both Photoshop and Lightroom.
After working with the new LR5 for the first few days I noticed that when I am within the Lens Correction and I click 'Manual' in order to manually correct perspective you always get a grid overlay that shows up when you hover over the different Transform options (Distortion, vertical, horizontal, etc...) and it no longer shows the overlay.
In order for me to correct the perspective I have to manually click Option+Comand+O in order to get the grid, which is a little bit annoying since it was automatic before.
I have been using Lightroom 5 for a while now and am currently printing some photos. In Lightroom 4 there used to be an info overlay that stated the current printer and paper size that was selected for that printer. I can't seem to find or display that information now in Lightroom 5. I have tried using the "I" key but to no avail.
View 2 Replies View RelatedLet's say I want to turn a picture just a little bit with Crop Overlay. And... many times LR5 is hanging. I can only force to shut it down. I did not have this problem with LR4. And it cannot be my iMAC, it's the new one, 27" with SSD and the highest processor.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy office has two desktop printers, both HP. Our Officejet 7000 wide format prints great. On the HP Officejet 7500, we are often seeing text printing errors. It will not print the text from vertical dimension strings, and cuts off some M-text at an imaginary vertical line in the middle of the text box. PDF's of the same drawing look fine. Is this a printer driver issue? Is there anything I can do within AutoCAD?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm using win 7 with LR 4.1 RC 2, but this issue goes back to LR 3.6 (my first) for me.
I don't get a clean erase of an adjustment brush overlay by passing over it with the brush in "erase" mode. Even after 5-10 passes some small isolated spots continue to show the red overlay marker. Clicking the brush repeatedly while centered right over a stubborn red spot does not remove it.
I paint with a mouse, and typically use a feathered brush. The flow and density are always set to 100.
This is more of a nuisance than problem, since the remaing areas are very small, and I haven't noticed problems in the final image. Still, it should not work that way. I never see this when erasing in Photoshop.
