I created a gif with gimp gap. I saved it. I checked it on quick time, it plays. But when I tried to load it on tumblr it wouldnt load. Its not over the mg limit. Itll load but not play animation {?}
View 5 RepliesI've always had this problem when I create images using GIMP, where any red I use gets distorted on upload and looks blurred. I usually convert to JPEG, but have tried using BMP and PNG and it makes no odds. It only does it with red.
Why this happens with red only? Or tips for how to stop it? I know there is some compression involved but it's fine with every other possible color.
All metadata was lost when files were uploaded and sent. By metadata I mean image captions and keywords. I inserted metadata via Image - Properties - Comments while in GIMP xcf, saved files to JPEG, and uploaded. Metadata looked OK in JPEG before uploading and is still there in my files, but didn't survive the upload.

For instance where the legs of animals cross over each other and pieces of the background show through the legs. Can multiple selections be made with the intelligent scissors? View 7 Replies View RelatedI've got a script for processing a bunch of files which starts by bringing up ufraw. I would like to have ufraw save the list of modifications made before returning to gimp. (.ufraw file)
However, when gimp starts ufraw, it passes some option to ufraw whichcauses ufraw to not display the save tab which allows setting what to save.
Is there a way to tell gimp to bring up ufraw differently, or is the problem in ufraw?
But I wouldn't be able to upload a hundred tiny, plain images. I made this to add onto the background removal FAQ. I hope it's accepted.

Now when it's on my hard drive it's fine and works - but when i upload it none on the images show up or they do show but when you put your cursor over a rollover all the images diassapear (they all turn to red crosses).
I just got a new D5, and unloaded the provided software. I'm confused about getting the images into Bridge? I don't want to use the Canon software for any processing, just uploading. Can I store the RAW images, or do I need to convert them so something else?

The road map was made of lines, polylines, etc. As I hovered the mouse over the roads they highlighted as if to be edited. My co-worker insisted that there was no way he drew the map and must have uploaded it.

Have a JVC HD Memory Camera GZ-E10. Filled up the SD card and I wanted to upload to the computer. I tried to upload directly to computer and then realized it wouldn't work without VideoStudio Essentials X3.
