When i got an E-mail with a CDR File, i want to move this file directly form Outlook 2010 in CorelDraw X6 with Drag & Drop.

I previously used Elements and liked the ability to create a "photo mail." The photos would be embedded (in line) in the email rather than as attached files.
It appears this is not possible with Lightroom. I have version 4.
I am using Office 2013 64 bit with Win 8.1, and LR 5.3. When I try to export a photo to Outlook I get a shutdown message and LR 5.3 closes down. What is the solution, if any?

View 2 Replies View RelatedAm running PSE10, fully patched and updated, on Win 7. My default email client on the machine is Outlook, not sure if it's 2010 or 2013 (Microsoft has made it remarkably difficult to find out this simple fact - About apparently no longer works that way...) but I think it's 2013. Outlook works fine for all normal uses. I believe Outlook was installed after PSE10.
I recently had my first opportunity to use the Sharing options, and discovered the program simply crashes when I attempt to do a Photo Mail - which I've done often in the past with other versions of PSE but not so much with 10.
In the PSE10 preferences, I've discovered the only option for Email clients appears to be Adobe Email Service - Outlook is not listed. There is no "refresh list" option.
[URL], which seems to provide a solution involving a registry hack, if one wants to use Windows Live Mail. Apparently Win 7 does not store a default email client where PSE10 is expecting to find it. I have no problem with registry changes, however I don't want Windows Live Mail. I have Outlook, I'd like to use Outlook.
I would think there would be some similar registry hack for Outlook, however I have not been able to find it. I could probably work it out by looking at the keys entered in this hack and trial and error, but would prefer to just know what works and do that...
The machine I use has other logins, will I need to apply that fix to these additional logins separately as well?
Click on Edit, Preferences, Sharing and select client to use. It only gives two, Windows Live and Adobe E-Mail Service.

View 1 Replies View RelatedTheir seems to be a glitch in lr5 in trying to send a photo to multiple adresses using outlook. When i add multiple adresses in the To area in lr mail box and add the subject and then send it tells me that you have to add the adresses in the adress book before sending.. But the adresses are already their. What i have done is to leave the To area blank and then send the message(photo). Outlook will come up and then you can add the adresses. Also if i just add one adress to the to area in lr mail box and hit send outlook will come up and you can add the rest of the e-mail addresses.

But some times when I am going faster than the computer I accidentally do it and then have to wait while it moves the object and then wait while I use undo to move it back. It can take a really long time if I accidentally move a large xref. So is there some way to turn off drag and drop of autocad entities?

When I try and send an attachment by email (Share - File Attachment) then my Outlook 2010 client is missing from the list of Email Client options. I only see the Adobe service and Windows Live Mail.
Is there a way of getting Elements 11 to recognise that I have Outlook 2010 installed ?

I can't drag and drop from windows explorer into Draw x6. it didn't really bother me until today.
1. open coreldraw, new document or no document.
2. open windows explorer or any folder or any file manager.
3. Drag a jpg from the folder/explorer to Draw. and you are met with: Ø
Current System: i3 3.07ghz, 3gb ram, Windows 7 32 bit with all updates and X6
how should I size a photograph to attach it in sensible proportions to an e-mail when using Elements 11? In Elements 9 I set the dpi at 72 and then the longest length at 1024mm. he shortest length was set automatically by the programme. Elements 11 doesn't allow me to do this. I've tried starting off with 72 dpi but as soon as I enter the longest length the dpi changes. This did not happen with E9 and in E9 the size of the attachment was measured in KB's but with E11 I finish up with quite large MB sizes.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have PE9. When I try to send a photo as an email attachment, I cannot input any contact info. I get a pop-up that asks me to sign in to my Adobe ID. When I try, it says Photoshop.com is not available, error code 400. At no point do I get to a screen that allows me to input contact info, even from the Edit menu. I deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still have the problem. I don't have the problem on my laptop which I didn't provide with my Adobe ID.

After some time (can be anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours), the memory usage of Photoshop will rise rapidly to ~800 MB, according to Task Manager. Outlook will then stop working.
Closing down Outlook will cause the memory usage of Photoshop to go back to normal usage (~40-50 MB).Both Outlook and Photoshop are fully updated. We're running Windows XP SP3, and the user is using a Xeon-based HP Workstation with 4 GB of memory.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm running Windows 7 here at work and I can't drag and drop scenes into the max viewport, or texture maps into the material editor or any sort of the dragging and dropping that I can do on my home computer or any of the other computers that run max here at work.
I'm using 3ds max design 2011, I'm running it as administrator and everything is up to date. I also can't drag and drop into photoshop, but I can drag and drop to the desktop and from one folder to another. So either both of my programs, on this computer only, had some setting disabled, or it's the OS. But like I said, I can drag and drop within Windows just fine.
I'm having this problem since the last time I formatted my computer. Basically, when I try to drag an image into photoshop, the cursors changes into a circle with a slash in it (unavailable).
I can open files by right clicking and choosing "Open with -> Adobe Photoshop CS6", and I can also open with "File > Open..." (ctrl+O)
I've searched for a soltion for this and nothing worked. This is what I've tried doing so far:
- Resetting the preferences (ctrl+alt+shift)
- Running with administative rights
- Running without administrative rights
- Making sure I have premissions for the files
- Making sure the files are not set as read-only
- Changing the scratch disk option (Preference -> Performance)
None of these worked.

My Adobe PhotoDeLuxe was unfortunately deleted and I had to buy Photoshop, which is far less convenient for my needs. How can I drag and drop, or copy and paste, an image I have modified in Photoshop directly into another programme, in my case usually MS Publisher ?

I've been using photoshop cs6 Extended for almost a year now and never have had any problems with it. I want to drag and drop a csv file containing some coordinates into autocad and the result to be dbpoints objects.
I know how to create a command to point to the file and to do this but I would like the command to be called when I drag and drop the file into autocad.
I'm using CS4 and haven't had this problem before. After loading various actions, I am unable to drag and drop them into one of my sets. The actions either drop above or below the set. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
