When I want to select multiple stuff, first time I can draw a windows some objects will be selected, second time multiple items can't be selected and I have to select them one by one. I was able to do it before hence I have changed something unintentionally, but what I have done?

Is there a possibility to work in the same time on the same file on two different pc's. Like my co worker would be developing plan for road i would make profile view in that file , and he could see my changes as well as i would see his ? Can i reach this goal using shortcuts ?

One idea is like working in sub assemblies but in my case only one assembly consist of all hoses.
How to work multiple users in single assembly file at same time. like in solid works enable collabarative mode.
The problem is that it's only loading the outline of my path as the selection. All the inner areas aren't included, and I want to chop them out as well

- the pc3-file I use is able to create multisheets because the original routine with paperspace works fine

I took the Windows 8.1 upgrade, and now AutoCad LT 2013 crashes just as the window starts to open up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and have applied SP1.1 and SP2.

> QSELECT - PolyFace Mesh - Select All
> Explode
I get a question if I want to "Disregard DrawingOrder for this operation due to the fact that it might take some time", by selecting "Yes" the process takes ~10 minutes (one explode).With an VBA automation I do the following:
> Create a selection set of all PolyFace meshes
> Explode each obj (2000 times) in the selection set with SendCommand (as .Explode does not work on polyface mesh objects)
I have waited hours for the same process (might be due to multiple explodes and/or screen updating taking place).I have always though automation is faster than manual work, but this proved me wrong.So to the questions:
1. How can I prevent screen updating in VBA (disregard draw order) during "long actions"
2. Is there a better way to explode a selection set than looping through each and every object calling explode (obj.handle)
For one drawing I can do it in 10 minutes, but I have 50 drawings with the need to explode this, having an automation run over night sounds great, but having it take 6x+ times longer for each drawing causes the night not to be long enough.
Is there a plugin that allows real-time rotate/scale of a selection (like in photoshop) ? The way it works stock is the only annoying thing in gimp that makes my work unnecessarily harder.

Assume that i have 10000 PSD files in 10 different folders . I have a script that just save as them as PNG. And these files are each 3000x3000 px. My computer has 8 cores and 1 Photoshop exe is only using 1 cpu core. Also i have SSD raid system it has 750 mb read write per second
So right now i am wasting my time with running only 1 Photoshop exe instead of at least 4.
How, or is it possible to make AutoCAD Lt 2005 work with Windows 7 Home Addition?

We want to switch over to Window-7 running 64 Bit and I want to know if our older driver will work as before and if not what driver do I need to use to define the tablet areas of the menu and be able to use our 16 button pucks.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have been trying to use my ERASE command in order to use a window polygon but I'm not getting the results in need. This is what happens....
I type in ERASE, then WP and from there I select my polygon shape and the items I want deleted. I don't join the last endpoint of the window with the first point I just hit ENTER twice but nothing happens.
I keep finding that when I copy something in one Photoshop document, then go to another Photoshop document and hit CMD V to paste and nothing happens. So I hit CMD V again and it pastes. This happens all the time. Why doesn't it paste the first time?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm attempting to use CS3 on a Dell laptop- 64 bit- Windows 7.
When first installed it worked fine, then suddenly it was non-functional. It will open, but ANY request at all will cause it to freeze. I have to close it through Task Manager. I get no error messages, and when I went in to view the event viewer there is nothing there under Applications.
I've changed the default printer to a non-network but haven't done much else as I don't have administrative privileges on this (work) computer. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that did nothing.

after having installed Autocad 2006 LT on windows 7 64 bit, i cna't execute it because it gets the error "unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 - Exception at 621b40h".
Tried every option in Windows program execution compatibility option but no success. Obiouvsly user is administrator.

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 7 64 bit OS, and installed the CorelDraw X5(worked fine on an older XP machine) on it, the application crashes every time when the progress showing "Creating Application Environment". I tried to run it under XP compatible mode, tthe only difference is now the Regstration works, but the app still crashes every time.

I will go to save files, mainly .eps format, and it crashes Illustrator. I have changed my time zone to a zone that has not switched yet due to Daylight savings, and it works. Unfortunately as I find a new time zone, it also ends up hitting Daylight Savings, and I am back to square one. I have been searching both the Adobe site and the Windows site to find an answer to my problem, but am having no luck.
My proper time zone is
(UTC-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada)
I have even tried using Saskatchewan as they do not follow Daylight Savings, but it also creates crashes. I have tried many other time zones, the two that have worked so far are
(UTC-06:00) Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey (worked for a little while but a time change a few weeks later messed it up)
(UTC) Casablanca (working on this time zone now, but an alert on my computer says time change coming up on the 28th)
I feel like I am running out of time, as I am not sure how many more time zones will work.
when I want to add time to the time display, to re-position the timeline cursor, i use +15 for example. But when i want to subtract time, -15 wouldn't work. How does subtracting frames in the time display work ?

When i go there the first option under file options, quick time export, is unavailable( grayed out). The only available option is Image sequence. View 14 Replies View RelatedI experimented with slow motion of a water fall video clip from Letchworth State Park of New York where we visited recently. The original clip is 1080p24fps. I used virtualdub, avisynth, mvtools method to change the video clip from 24fps to 96fps, and 144fps. This method smoothly builds additional frames between each of the 24fps appropriately and the method works great to create smooth slow motion that plays in VLC slowing the 96 and 144 clips fluidly slow. Inserting the three clips into VS works fine and play normally. Selecting the inserted 96fps clip, and slowing it by 25% plays jerky, and renders as 1080p24fps the same way. Same situation with the 144fps clip. I played with all the parameters: frame and % and I could not make VS X4 play the clips smoothly. I am hoping I don't understand how to use this new Time lapse/Speed feature. BTW, I also own Premiere Pro, and it does the slow down of these clips perfectly. EDIT: I just tried Microsoft Movie Maker that comes free from Microsoft, and it does the slow down correctly. I am thinking this is a problem with VS X4
I was wondering if anyone knew what is wrong with my smudge tool. When I go to use it and apply it to my image, it takes a while to show the affect. Everything else in my photoshop works fine. Oh yeah, I use PS CS if that makes any difference.

I just downloaed the Premier Pro CC 30 day trial. I edited some nice video and was strongly considering adding this to my Photoshop/Lightroom subscription. However, warp stabilzer has not worked once for me. Even on clips as short as 6 seconds.
What happens is that when I drag "warp stabilzer" over a clip it analyzes the clip showing a blue banner stating "step 1 analyzing". Then after a short wait an orange banner appears and states "Stabilizing". Thats when the process stops. It stays locked in that orange banner stabilzing position permanently. I waited 3 hours for a 6 second clip and it still said "stabilizing".
Obviously something is drastically wrong. Had it not been for that I would have probably signed up for a subscription to Premium Pro CC.
I'm on a Windows 7 Pro, i7, 12 gigs of ram setup. Seperate scratch disk used also. Everything else on Premium Pro CC seems to work fine. I don't understand why warp stabilizer doesn't.
Why my Block command does not work anymore?
I type in the command ( I'm an old school typer, hate the buttons ) BLOCK....then the next thing that happens is (after hitting enter of course), my crosshairs instantly turn into the Windows arrow.
I wasn't playing with any switches. I was just trying to make a little block with a number in it.
Yes, I restarted AutoCAD, restarted the computer, did not reload in AutoCAD.....AutoCAD 2011 by the way.
