After installing the VBA Module, I get the message "Unknown command "VBARUN"". I've rebooted, restarted and tried reinstalling the VBA Module to no avail.

This happens on our AutoCad 2014 LT installations too.
I have all the predictive/corrective command line features turned off.
I have also uninstalled 360 and online content services, prior to the problem, to no avail.
Our office internet is proxied, and there are no ports opened for any Autodesk products.
It's losing us valuable seconds / minutes / days / weeks / months, depending on how you look at it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI press CTRL+9 to make the Command Line disappear while drawing. When I plot (or when doing a plot preview) , the Command Line appears again by itself. So I always have to turn the Command Line off manually after each plot
The bug still happens;
- if Dynamic Input is turned off or on
- if I plot to a real device or in PDF
- if the Cammand Line Palette i docked or floating.
This is not an issue in AutoCAD 2012 so I guess it has to do with the new way they programmed the revamped Command Line palette in 2013.

I have always used the "XLIST" command to name the layer of x-refed objects. However, when I now enter the command, it says "Unknown command 'xlist.'"
I imagine this is a customization file issue?
We are looking to upgrade from AutoCAD 2009 to V2012 and I have a copy for testing purposes.We have several custom commands linked to menu icons for added symbols such as a gate valve, ball valve etc.
Most of these use the following command

I've worked out that"V:/blocks/pefs/bfl is the location of the block drawing and is stored in #bname, the #prompt is set to tell the block (#bname) to break the line and insert, or, if nil instead of T, then just insert the block over the line. When I click on the icon when using AutoCAD V2012 I get
unknown command "BBLOCK"
but it works just fine in 2009. I can see no reference to BBLOCK and can only assume it is a variable of some sort. I've spent hours searching the forums to no avail.
I was told that I should download and install DWG compare plug-in to compare 2 dwg files. I have downloaded the file and installed it (at least I got the "successfully installed" message) but when I open AutoCAD LT 2013 it does not show up on the plug-ins tab and using the dwg compare command returns an "unknown command" response.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have been using Architecture 2013 for a while now, but now there is what I beleve to be a configuration issue. Essentially, ACAD loads,but does not recognise any AEC components. The tool pallette no longer has an icon to add a wall, for example. If I load an older drawing that has a wall in it, and select the wall, the Properties window says it is a wall, but none of the blue grips is visible. Right clicking does not give the option to "Edit Wall Style" for example. It behaves as though it does not know what an Architecural element is. If it type "WALLADD" at the command line, it says ""Unknown Command".
The company I purchased it from initially had me do a "repair", then a "reinstall" and then a "Clean reinstall". All of which I have done.

I recently downloaded the trial version of Autocad Architecture 2013. I changed my main customization file to aca.cuix so that I would have the build panel. The build panel is now there, but it is not working. All the icons are questions marks and when I click on the ceiling grid icon it says 'unknown command'. Another user in our office has everything in the Trimble Link work fine. We have tried upping my status to administrator for my computer, and that didn't work. When I installed CIvil 3D, I checked every button to be installed in the infrastructure design suite package....
I have just updated to Autocad 2013. While working on existing drawings (previously created in V2012), I am having issues with the SCALE command. Most times, but not always, when I add a line or block, with a base point on an existing line or object and try to scale it, I get an "extremely small scale factor ignored" message, although I did not get a chance to enter a scale factor. While it appears most times, but not always, if I draw a new line in empty space on that same drawing, I am able to use the SCALE command without problems. I also have the same issue when trying to scale an existing line or block, most times but not always.
Here is a copy of the command line while I am trying to make it work:

If you notice, it does not give me the chance to enter a scale factor. As soon as I pick the base point, it skips over to the error message, yet displays the scale factor prompt with a blank factor. I'm experiencing this issue on various files (not all but most), so I don't think it is a corrupt file. Why I get this and if I can correct it?
I'm running AutoCAD 2012 (base version, but part of Mechanical install). Part of my .mnl file is set to run (command "cube" "off"). On one machine (Windows 7), it works fine. I'm temporarily on my laptop (Windows 8), & that portion no longer works.
If I type cube in the command line, it works fine. However, if I type (command "cube"), it says unknown command "CUBE".

Bug in photoshop creative cloud. When using the "batch" editing feature after 5 images being edited the same way (batch processing) an error code pops up. "Error:not enough ram" and then i have to restart which does the same thing over and over again. Running a quad core i7 1tb hard drive 16gb of memory so there should be no error code. I have done everything from creating new scratch disks off of other hdd's allotting more ram to go to psd (since i can only use 3255mb because of a useless limiter on photoshop) to rebooting computer and nothing works at all.

I got the first attached message regarding UNDO command which I ignored. The second attached message then came and my UNDO command was frozen. I lost a lot of work done after I have shut down and restarted my computer.
Who knows what I should have done after the first or the second message?
I was using 2009 Architecture. I kept getting a message in the command line: "WARNING: Xdata tag 100 is missing" like hundred to 1000 times and while its scrolling through this same message in the command line I can not do anything but wait for it to finish. Not sure if a recent windows update has anything to do with it. I am using XP Pro. I have a Dell with 3GB of ram and a Radeon X300/X550/X1050 video card and am running dual monitors. I have an upgrade to Archtiecture 2010 so rather than reinstall 2009 I installed 2010. Unfortunately, same problem. In 2009 I seem to remember that it was more random. In 2010, it pops up when I do an xref reload.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am currently writing a series of routines for setting the layers for text, leaders and dimension commands. The end goal is a system where any annotation command sets the correct layer for the duration of the command, then reverts back to the layer that was active before the command.
I have managed to complete all the code, and it appears to be working fine, I just have one question: I have used -layer "m" "Lay_name" etc... for all layer setting commands, rather than any code to see if the layer exists already. In my limited testing this seems to be suitable, nothing that exists on that layer seems to be affected.
I know how to write code to determine if the layer exists already and set the layer instead, but so far it seems unnecessary??
I used send command for Export Layout..But the line only executes after exiting command method.
