3ds Max :: Texture Not Fully Loading?

As the tittle says, my texture is not fully rendering, or well, something wrong is rendering, i don't know. The model has 3 textures applyd, diffuse, normal and spec. However, when i render, parts of my mesh (closest/straith before camera) turns squary and white.

AutoCAD Civil 3D :: Drawing Not Fully Loading?

I've previously posted about poor performance across our WAN, and working with Toolspace open. I have suspected that maybe the drawing wasn't loading completely, so whenever I did certain operations, C3D needed to go back across the WAN to the server for more of the drawing, or maybe just to read some portion of the drawing file, where the request was getting delayed by latency in the server.

Anyway, today, I copied a drawing file to my harddrive and opened it. As expected, the drawing loaded fairly quickly, except for having to go out to the server to syc the references and xref'd drawings. But once loaded, everything worked the way it is supposed to. I can turn on the contours, and it just happens. I can open the drawing settings, and then close them, and I instantly have control back, all with Toolspace open.

Now, C3D may still be needing to go back to the drawing for whatever it is that it needs, but being on my harddrive, it can get what it needs very quickly.

My question is: Why doesn't C3D completely load a drawing into memory? We now have 64 bit systems with access to gobs of memory.

AutoCAD 2010 :: 2011 Crashes Immediately Without Fully Loading

I am having a problem with AutoCAD crashing without fully loading. I will get the splash screen and the application background will momentarily appear with "AutoCAD 2011" in the title bar then it will all disappear with no visible error message. By checking ACD2011ENUAdlm.log in  C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataAutodeskAdlm I get the following error message:

Edge Animate CC :: Website Loading Slow And Preloader Not Loading

I'm currently working on a site which is almost 95% complete. The loading time for the site is approx 7-10 seconds which seems to be slow. I have placed a preloader but that doesn't seem to be coming up while the site is loading.
 
Is there anyway to speed up the loading time. Like some code that will tell it load specific number of frames first and then load the rest in the background?
 
I have compressed the images that are being used but cannot compress further as they may lose the quality.I've got the preloader working and now it seems to be showing up while the site is loading. Is there any way to speed up the loading time.

Photoshop :: Generate Some (around 6-8) Texture Files Within Original Texture File

For my 3D scene, I have to use a texture file on the floor. If I use the only file, than it looks really boring and below par. What I want is, I want to generate some (around 6-8) texture files within the original texture file - so the colors of all the texture files remain same but only the texture varies.Likewise there are more than 500 texture files and I just can't do them manually. Is there any way out to do this in Photoshop?

Paint.NET :: Cracks On Ground Texture That Show Lava Texture

I have a lava texture and a ground texture. I'd like to be able to make some cracks on the ground texture that would show through the lava texture below it. Something like a cracked mud look. I would be using this for a game I'm making form some terrain textures. Are there any plugins that would aid in making these transparent cracks and perhaps even add depth to the cracks?

I guess a spider web where the spider was on crack would be something I'm looking for. Similar to the following image:

Premiere Pro :: CC Will Not Fully Load

I purchased PPCC recently and for some reason it refuses to start up.
 
The app pops up but then shuts down immediately. I've cleaned up the registry and cleaned up even more space hoping that would do something.
 
It worked perfectly during the 30 trail. Flawlessly so.
 
I noticed that after I downloaded After Effects it stopped booting up properly. Not saying that's an issue Im just giving a bit of a timeline.
 
My computer is a 64-bit OS Windows 7 Toshiba LX835.

Photoshop :: CC - Cannot Get Fully Opaque Stroke?

I'm running Windows 8.1 on a Surface Pro 2. I've got up to date Wacom Feel drivers.
 
The issue is, when I've got the "Tip Feel" set to medium in the Wacom Pen Tablet settings in the Control Panel, I cannot get a fully opaque stroke. No matter how hard I press, it takes at least two strokes of the same color (I used full black in my picture) to get a fully opaque stroke.

In the image, I changed the settings in the Wacom Pen Tablet settings to softer, eventually getting to the softest. While in the softest setting, I could get the pen to produce a fully opaque stroke, but then I lose the full range of Shape Dynamics pressure sensitivity. I know I can just turn the opacity control off to get fully opaque strokes, but I'd prefer not to, as that'd be a fairly big interruption to my workflow.

Photoshop :: CS6 Tooltips Don't Fully Display

Since initially installing PS CS6, the tooltips do not completely display. I get part of the white band to pop up that displays slightly less than the first letter of the tool tip. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists. I'm using Photoshop CS6 v. 13.0.1 x 32 on Windows 7 Enterprise. I have the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 and tool tips work just fine on all the other programs that I use in the suite.

Paint Shop Pro :: Can't Get X4 To Fully Open

I have used PSPx7-X3 over the last several years, so I'm experienced at installing new versions.This change to PSPX4 has been giving me fits!

At the moment, only PSPX4 has been installed PLUS the 1st Service Patch.

PROBLEM:When I start, it hangs on the first start up screen with the photo of the girl and the words "Starting Up..."It won't go any further.

I have tried:

1. Uninstalling and re-installing.

2. Uninstalling, running the Corel PSPX4 Clean-Up Tool, and re-installing.

3. Holding "shift" while opening.

4. Running as administrator - although I'm the only user on this laptop. There are not other accounts BUT administrator.

5. I have tried removing the the Corel folder from the app data folders - both in local and in roaming.

Additional Info:I had NO problems with PSP (x3 before Christmas) until Dec. 22 when Windows ran an automatic update which caused HAVOC with my computer. In the next few days, I had to do several system restores and un-stalls of PSPX3 just to get it running to finish up Christmas gifts. I can't just NOT do the critical Windows updates - but I don't know if they are causing an issue with PSP.

I'm using photoshop 7.0 and my problem occurs with Imageready. I am using Vista, but this has not been a problem for the past year (so I don't think it's Vista related).I recently created an animation in Imageready and it worked just fine. However, when I returned to use Imageready again, I received the error listed above.Reinstalling does not resolve this problem. If I do a system restore, I am able to use Imageready again. . . but only one time. after which the same error occurs.

Photoshop :: Want To Uninstall CS4 Now That CS5 Is Fully Installed And Running

I have a Windows 64-bit system, Vista Home Premium.Had CS4 installed initially, ran without problems.
 
I got the CS5 upgrade, and installed it without problems.  I have copied over various actions and other customizations from the CS4 installation folders to the CS5 installation folders, installed 3rd party plug-ins into CS5, etc.So to save on Disk space, I want to Uninstall CS4 (and with it Bridge Version 4 as well).
 
I've done some searching here, and apparently this is potentially not as straightforward as one would expect.  Various problems have been reported, apparently confirmed by Adobe personnel, that Uninstall CS4 also removes CS5 files, rendering it unable to run, etc.
 
So - what is the proper procedure to follow to successfully Uninstall CS4 without creating problems for CS5?  Do I need to deactivate the license for CS4?  What other specific steps?

Photoshop :: CS4 Opening Image Fully Transparent

I have been using Photoshop for years with no problems. I had to reinstall it a couple of time due to my PC having problems. But this is the first time i have had this problem.
 
I open an image and it is transparent. All you see is the boarder. When i select the boarder you can see the image, but as soon as i click off the boarder it disappears.
 
This image shows that you can not see the picture, but there is a file and an image, as you can see the layer on the right with a picture in it.

This has never happened before, i assume that there is a setting to be changed, but i cannot find it.

I made this sketch and the two marked dimensions were added when i pressed the Automatic Dimension and Constraints tool, because, in spite of all the dimensions i put manually, the sketch wasn't fully constrained.

Why wasn't it? it seems to me that i gave all the necessary information.

is it hard for Autodesk to have/create fully RGBA clips (clips with embedded alpha).I'm not so sure what's the main advantage to have clip with separate matte (black & white), since all compositing software even FCP can handle it.

I found that this function a bit outdated n you end up doing lot of steps even to accomplish simple result.

AutoCAD Inventor :: 3D Sketch Not Fully Constrained

It seems there is a problem with Inventor 3D Sketching. I have a 3D Sketch, with 1 fully constrained vertical line, and another vertical line with an open length. I then join the 2 lines with a line on the top. When I give the top line an angle dimension, I expect it to be fully constrained, but it appears not as the line remains "green".

AutoCad :: Convert Read Only DWG To Fully Functional DWG?

How do you convert a read only dwg to a fully functional dwg? I had to force quit AutoCAD when I got the rainbow spinning wheel (on Mac) and now when I reopen, it says it is currently in use and would I like to open the read only version. Meanwhile, I can't save any changes in this version! Am I royally screwed? Is there a way to convert back to normal?

AutoCad :: Drawing Objects Not Fully Loaded

One of our AutoCAD drawings circa 1990 on only one of our machines (our newest, 64-bit, Win 7, see more specs in attachment) opened only partially in ACAD 2008. If saved in this state, the drawing permanently loses whatever information was not loaded, so I’m pretty sure it’s not a display issue. All of our other machines are much, much older, running Windows XP Prof, none of them have exhibited this phenomenon. It happened regardless of whether the file was on the hard drive or on the server. Any way to fix this so that 2008 works correctly on this machine with all drawings. BTW, this did not happen with two drawings dated 1989.

Lightroom :: Does LR5 FULLY Support Phase One P65+ Raw Files

I know the files are "supported", and will open. However, the quality is quite bad and nowhere near as good as opening the same file in Capture One. Also, long exposure shots see the "black frame" totally discarded and the images are extremely noisy. Phase One support say it's because LR and CS6 are only using a portion of the Raw file and to ask Adobe.
 
I would migrate to LR5 today if there were a fix or an explanation. Capture One forkflow doesn't suit me. However, the quality is just too bad to accept.

Photoshop :: Clicking On Open CS6 Interface Does Not Fully Activate It?

I have noticed that with CS 6, I can't fully use an application by clicking on it from another open application. If I am in Illustrator and Photoshop is in the background, I click on the Photoshop interface and it comes to the front of the screen, but that's all it does...no functionality beyond this. What must be done is for me to click on the Finder first, then click on the application icon in the Dock in order to access the program's functionality fully.
 
It doesn't matter if it's Lion or Mountain Lion...I have two machines with different operating systems and both do the same thing.
 
I don't know if this is an Adobe issue or an Apple OS issue. I have looked into all the preferences on the applications as well as the OS X control panels...no luck.

VideoStudio :: 1280x720p 60fps Clip Not Fully Supported In X3?

When I found that X2 totally cannot handle my 720p clips, I upgraded to X3, and was happy to see that all my 1280x720p 60fps clips can be imported without a hint of complaints from X3.

However, as I started working with those clips, something does not work quite right.The main issue is that I could not get smooth slow motion out of those clips. 60fps clips when played at half speed should give you very smooth slow motion at 30fps. Instead, it stutters badly.

On further investigation of a straight render 60fps video output from VS with no changes made, I found where the problem was.VideoStudio coverted the 1280x720p 60fps clips to 30fps when importing the file. So every other frame from the 60fps clip is dropped, and previous frame duplicated.

Interestingly, it does NOT do this with 1080p 60fps file. You can get very smooth half speed playback at 30fps, even though you cannot create a 1080p 60fps output file.

Do I have to wait for X4 for proper 720p 60fps support?

VideoStudio :: Smart Proxy Slow And Not Fully Using CPU And Disk?

Given my problem with jerky video in VS4 (see this thread), I decided to give Smart Proxy another try and switched it on. To my dismay, not only does it take ages to render the proxy videos, but the computer seems to be rather underused during rendering.

VS4 took two hours to create the proxy of a 20-25 minutes 1080p file, 4GB in size. During this time, according to Task Manager, only four of my eight CPU cores are significantly busy (though still below 50%), and disk I/O is in the area of 6-700kB/s for either direction. I took care to put the proxy directory on a third disk - away from the operating system and the source videos. 25% of the 8GB memory is used.Would the smart proxy rendering process make more efficient use of the available resources, it wouldn't take half the time.

Hardware acceleration is set for both editing and file creation

The video material is 1080p, 59.940 frames/sec, variable bit rate (max 26000kbps) and comes from my Panasonic camcorder. I used the tool that came with the camcorder, HD Writer AE, to copy the files to the hard disk. Audio is Dolby, 48000Hz, 256kpbs (I have no problems with audio).

Project properties:

NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)

24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps

AutoCAD Inventor :: Fully Constraining Parts In Assembly?

I am trying to make a robot chassis in inventor using vex parts. I have a full library of vex parts. I have my basic chassis constrained but for some reason when i use the move command the parts still move, but then snap back into place.

Also, after giving up on the moving chassis i tried to move onto bearing flats. Bearing flats consist of 3 holes in a line that match up with the holes in the chassis rails. I constrain the face of the bearing flat to the face of the chassis rail. This constraint works and removes a degree of freedom. However, when i try to remove the other 2 degrees of freedom they dont seem to go away. I use the tangent constraint, constraining the hole of the bearing flat to the hole of the chassis rail(which is square) using an offset to make the hole centered. I constrain in both of my remaining degrees of freedom, but they bearing flat still moves.

AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks :: How To Fully Constraint Entities

I realize that i don't understand how to use constraints (specifically how to "fully constrain" entities) in my dynamic block.

attached is a sample of what i've got.  (note the small circle at the insertion point that has 4 lines in it - i used these to base my angle constraints on)

upon inserting the first instance, everything behaves as i'd like.  but once i stretch out the bubble, it seems to go back and automatically update the definition so that the next instance i insert is using the first instances dimension as the starting point.
