when I try to enter the serial number, I have a message error "this product is already in the data base" (or something like that, I'm French and I don't know how to say)
But, when I go on my profile, I can't see my product Premiere Pro CS6. What can I do to make it appear?
In Development module in LR4.4, viewing a Fuji X100s raw file (converted on import to DNG) I tick the box for "Enable Profile Corrections" under "Lens Corrections," and select "Auto" from the "Setup" menu. I would have thought that LR would pick up the X100s profile, but no, nothing happens. If I choose "Fujifilm" from the "Make" dropdown, I can find the X100 (not X100s) profile manually. The profile's probably pretty similar, but still, I'm wondering why my install of 4.4 doesn't have the X100s profile in place?
While I'm at it, I'll ask this too -- I recently bought the new Nikkor 35mm 1.8G ED (the new full frame 35mm Nikon lens, not the trusty 35mm 1.8DX) and there's no profile for that lens in my LR4.4 either.
Finally, I note that when I choose "Check for Updates" from the "Help" menu in LR, I'm told there are no updates available.
To update serial number it's in the abot dialog box. But how about product key? Is there a way to change it without reinstalling the product?
Situation: Autodesk Revit MEP Suite 2013 to Autocad MEP 2013.
Thought I might upgrade my PS to CC under the discount for existing owners scheme However, it won't accept that I have a suitible product despite having CS5 on my system. It is not on my products list. Six others are just not my PS products.
Put in serial number - says it is already registered - I know that - just not associated with me I guess. Deactived PS and tried again - same.
The whole video doesn't import, only part. I can import the entire video in AVS Editor, but not Premier Pro.
View 4 Replies View RelatedSlowly but surely my OSX environment is being extricated from the absolute lunacy that every file used by any application had to reside on the machine's root drive. Adobe Premiere Pro, for example, created a $USER/Documents/Adobe subdirectory where it stored my profile information. I attempted to move that profile information to a network drive and to use an alias to point $USER/Documents/Adobe at $NETWORK_DRIVE/Adobe. Now Adobe Premiere Pro CC crashes on startup. I have attempted to trash my preference (deleting the 7.0 subfolder of the Adobe/Premiere Pro folder).
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've been having trouble lately using Warp Stabilizer in Premiere CC 7.1. I had used the effect many times successfully, then it suddenly stopped working. It analyzes the clips without problem, however it seems to get stuck on the "Stabilizing" phase. It just sits there. As I try to playback the clip in the timeline, it simply shows up as black video in the viewer. The space above the clip on the time line is yellow. I've done a full uninstall and no luck. I don't have any other problems in Premiere Pro CC 7.1 right now.

View 6 Replies View RelatedCross dissolve will not fade out clips correctly. It gets down to 10-15% opacity on the last frame and that's the lowest it goes. During playback, you can see how abrupt the fade is.
Ticking the "Composite in Linear Color" sometimes improves it, but it's still not a smooth fade. Why is it that I can manually add opacity keyframes to fix this problem (regardless of "comp"), but cross dissolve cannot do a smooth fade?
The following are screenshots of the last frame before the clip ends. The cross dissolve is 30 frames long.My system is i5, 560GTX, CUDA enabled, PP CC 7.2.1, Windows 8.1.

With a white background, comp enabled is a bit better, but you can still see the content. I'd expect another frame or two before a complete fade. Black background, last frame, Composite not enabled:
Again, I'd expect another frame or two before total darkness. Oddly enough, after adding and deleting opacity keyframes and switching comp on and off, I managed to get a nice smooth fade with comp OFF with the above example. Some kind of bug? When I import a particuar video clip into premier, there is a problem with the audio. It plays absolutely fine until 9 minutes through when all of a sudden the audio loops back to the beginning. The video carrys on as normal untill the end of the clip but the audio starts from scratch. I have tried removing the video, renaming, moving location, starting a new project, but no matter when or how I play the video the audio starts again 9 mins through! The video plays fine in any media player except premier. I have tried exporting the video but unfortunately the audio error also gets exported. The clip is crucial to a video I'm making and can't be re-shot!
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to manually sync a section of footage that pluraleyes couldn't sync.
For some reason when I try to move the clip over to align the audio, it snaps past it or before where I actually want it to sit. This includes cutting the clip and trying to move it over. I'v heard wacom mice and tablet pens can have issues cutting a clip at an exact point somtimes, but I'm just on an apple laptop with the track pad.
Is there some sort of item I need to enable to cut a clip on the zoomed in audio time units?
See attached image below of the clip jumped forward from where I want it, and it jumps before it when I try to move it over manually or through shortcuts.
I've seen this question asked here and elsewhere, but without any resolution, and can't find any mention in the documentation.....I customized Illustrator's color settings thusly:But when I save the profile and try to load it in Photoshop, it throws this error:
"The color settings file contains settings that are not supported by this version of Photoshop running on this system. These unsupported settings will be reset to their default values."
Then if I close the dialog box, re-open it, and manually choose the same settings, it seems to accept it. Here is what Photoshop currently shows:
what's going on? I'm running the CS6 Master Collection on an Intel quad core with 8 gb RAM and an nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti (2 gb PCIE 2). OS is Win 7 x64.
For some reason this lens isn't recognised when one choses the 'Enable Profile" box; yet if one perserveres though the Make/Model dropdowns , the profile is there. Is it perhaps because the lens is sub-named Zeiss? The system recognises my other E lenses at the click of the box. Odd. Lr4.3 on OS X 10.8.2

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Lightroom 4.3 and a Canon 6D. I cannot get Lightroom to display my Camera Calibration Profile when I am developing a raw file.
I have dug through the MAC Library and Application Support folder and found CameraRaw. That folder contains my listed cameras. But when I am in Lightroom, I do not see that profile in the Camera Calibration section.
Is there a way to force Lightroom to display my camera profile? Lightroom 2 used to display it.
I just downloaed the Premier Pro CC 30 day trial. I edited some nice video and was strongly considering adding this to my Photoshop/Lightroom subscription. However, warp stabilzer has not worked once for me. Even on clips as short as 6 seconds.
What happens is that when I drag "warp stabilzer" over a clip it analyzes the clip showing a blue banner stating "step 1 analyzing". Then after a short wait an orange banner appears and states "Stabilizing". Thats when the process stops. It stays locked in that orange banner stabilzing position permanently. I waited 3 hours for a 6 second clip and it still said "stabilizing".
Obviously something is drastically wrong. Had it not been for that I would have probably signed up for a subscription to Premium Pro CC.
I'm on a Windows 7 Pro, i7, 12 gigs of ram setup. Seperate scratch disk used also. Everything else on Premium Pro CC seems to work fine. I don't understand why warp stabilizer doesn't.
When I use export media in Pr CS6 and use custom settings (H.264) and click Queue when it arrives in Media Encoder none of the custom settings are there, instead it always defaults to .F4V.
View 3 Replies View RelatedIt's my first time using SSA, and I had finally created a network and storm that I thought was working properly (using TR-20 routing with an SCS II storm), until I took a closer look at the profile outputs - and noticed that the graphed Max HGL line does not match the Max HGL listed in the table below. The difference was 856.2 on the graph and 858.01 on the table at one my structures, for example.
The ability to import pipe networks is nice in SSA, but if the output data is always this wacky I may have to go give up on SSA and go back to using Hydrocad.
I can't believe Illustrator doesn't do this automatically. If you create a stroke profile on one side of the stroke by holding Alt/ Option while dragging with the Width Tool and then mirror the object, the stroke profile doesn't mirror accordingly. You have to go to the Stroke panel and click one of the flipping buttons for each stroke of the mirrored artwork. This makes mirroring complex artwork very time consuming. Mirroring with transform effect doesn't have this problem but this makes the usage and editing of the mirrored object difficult.
I'm just posting this before making a feature request in case I'm missing something. And to check if this problem has been already raised and the feature request made.
Using CS5
I have a typical storm sewer pipe network in a drawing by itself with an alignment. I data referenced both of these into another drawing. I draw the pipe network in the profile view I created and the pipes that run with the road show up fine. Every once in awhile there is a lateral storm sewer pipe that runs across the road. When I draw these in the profile view they show up, but, only the pipes that are skewed to the alignment show up. If the pipe is perfectly perpendicular to the alignment it does not show up. I have two styles setup. One main one that shows the inner and outer pipe walls and another one for overrides for the crossing pipes and that stlye has crossing pipe walls turned on.
Why is it though only the skewed pipes show up as ellipses in my profile view but the perpendicular pipes do not?
profile structure doesn't update when changed. First, the rim to sump value will not change with sump defined by depth and trying to change the sump depth (going deeper and no rules exist). Second, change to define sump by elevation and the sump elevation changes and the grip changes to the correct elevation, but the part outline doesn't change. I've read where the part catalogue location should be updated. I did.

The existing ground surface has been sampled along the alignment and multiple profile view made from that alignment. When the alignment changes, the only way that the surface seems to update is to run the "profiles; create profiles from surface command again" at which point it adds a new profile into the profile views reflecting the current surface over the alignment, then the "old" profile must be deleted from the profile views. Everything is set to dynamic, yet certainly is not being very dynamic.

So then i went and bought Photoshop CS3 ( i got it for a good price). So i installed it, it want fine after i finished, i clicked on it to fun it and it says product license has expired. so i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and nothing.

I notice that product images in printed materials and online brochures of products take on a representive, but not so real look. All appear to be graphic with a shadow and no background. The knife is a catalog example and the shears were shot by me. Is there a process that I could use on the shears to achieve that effect? might not be using the correct keywords.

Forum: I need some expertise here. This error just started popping up on me today and I need to know what I can do to fix it without having to uninstall and reinstall the CS3 suite of Adobe Design. The error states: You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstallings and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help.
Now I have gone through three solutions. I have Windows Vista. Does someone know what is another solution? If the last resort is to uninstall and reinstall the software, did it begin to work for you then, if anyone else has ever had this problem? I would appreciate any responses anyone has.
Ive got design premium cs 3 today I update the adobe media player and none of my cs 3 software will open. I get a message saying
