View 16 Replies View Relatedi m rendering small garden lobby. same size area looks quite big in real world but with max camera it give very narrow and small feel to the room.
i have already tried with fov and camera lence settings, but that didn't work. Attaching both real photo of the lobby and my handy work in max.
Is there an option in Revit Architecture to make the room tag show up on multi lines if its more than one word? This option is available on Autocad Architecture

View 1 Replies View RelatedI need to make the door schedule have the room name in it. I am using the project based door tag so it is already numbered like the room tag.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a project in wich rooms functionality is compromised. I don't know why the room tool doesn't recognise a simple room delimited by walls whose property divides rooms is set to yes. If I place a rectangle of rooms delimiters the room tool works properly instead. If I start a new project the tool works properly.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am editing an old file set up by another firm that is used by our clients to keep track of room sizes etc, which has a room data table and room tags tied to area polylines. It has worked just fine on our 2013 Acad Architecture, but when I sent them (saved down to 2010) back to our client, using 2012 Acad Architecture, the tags disappear and the table is unpopulated. It seems like it must have something to do with the file originally being created way back when, along with some quirk between 2012 and 2013.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWould you believe it? I cannot uninstall CS4. Says Bridge is running.
This is on my Dell workstation, the one on which CS4 installed effortlessly.
I see tons of negative feedback on CS4 - is this typical of this forum or is this a program that's not ready to be hatched so to speak. I just shelled out a fortune to purchase CS 3.3 (CS Web Premium).
I also see that several people have had trouble uninstalling these trials so I'm reluctant to even find out for myself. I had the same problem trying to evaluate CS3 in that it wouldn't install completely and wouldn't remove at all. FORMAT is a dirty word in this house.
My daughter thought she would help me get rid of unused installed software on my computer so she uninstalled CS2. However, she didn't select the option of uninstalling so it could be reinstalled again.

I was wondering is there a chat room available for us. If there isn't a chat room might be a cool idea. A private one, by invite only....To keep weird people, bots, and general people who want to reck the professionalism that this forum offers. Just an idea..
View 9 Replies View RelatedI am doing a Marketing Course at Uni and part of my assignment is to design a shop how we would like it set up. I have drawn 2 pictures (with Pencil and Paper!) looking down on the shop from a slight angle.
Since doing this, our lecturer has told us that if we wish, we can use some software to also draw them, as long as we also hand in the hand drawn pics. As most of us don't know how to use Photoshop, we've been told that we can get someone to do it for us and we just have to make a note on our assignment of who drew them and what software was used.
I'm trying to uninstall PS CC - I am using the trial and do not wish to continue. However when I follow Adobe's guide and uninstall in Applications I get this message: “Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CC” is used by Mac OS X and can’t be opened".

View 6 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden Photoshop stopped working out of the blue. It was working one minute, then an hour later I went to use it again and it wouldn't work - I hadn't installed / uninstalled any software/drivers in that time, nor had I made any changes to any system settings. When I click on the shortcut to run Photoshop, literally nothing happens. I thought maybe doing a fresh install would work, so I tried to uninstall it, but clicking on it in Add or Remove Programs does literally nothing either. There are no error messages, nor does anything appear on screen - literally nothing happens when I either try to run the program or uninstall it.
I downloaded the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and tried that, and while it runs fine, running it has no effect at all on my Photoshop installation and all of the files, folders and registry entries are still there.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. How can I get Photoshop completely off my system without formatting my drive and doing a fresh install?
I uninstalled all of my PS Plugins; then uninstalled CS-5 (Win-7/64bit), with Win-7 "Programs and Features" Uninstall utility,& all "stated" Successful.
When checking Program Files / ADOBE, there's still a folder labeled Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 bit), and consists of 58 MB of what appear to be various Plugin "data"
Since I've uninstalled all of the plugins, & plan to reinstall them from scratch, I'm temped to Delete the folder------ Just not sure why the Uninstall didn't remove it?
I just upgraded to PS CS4 and want to remove PS CS3. Since I downloaded them both I have no install/uninstall disk. Can I safely use Windows XP's "add remove" program from the control panel?
Will it do a total removal?
I've given up on CS4 and wanted to try CS3. I still have a few days left on my trial with CS4. Do I Have to uninstall it before installing CS3? I'm hoping I'll have better luck with it.
View 11 Replies View RelatedCS3 began to operate strangely (eg multiple unrequested Help windows, customized Colour Settings not sticking) so I decided to reinstall CS3.
First I deactivated CS3 (standalone, not part of a suite) then I tried to uninstall it. Using (Vista's) Program/Features I started the uninstall process - this began ok but stopped with the message:
"Summary
Errors: 2 components:
X Adobe photoshop CS3
Component removal failed
X Shared components
Component removal failed"
Then I tried to Reinstall the program (also from the Program/Features function) hoping that this would lead to a successful removal. But this led to exactly the same message after a few steps.
So - I cannot remove the program and cannot reinstall it.
Have searched this forum and Googled for an anwser without success. Grateful for any light in my darkness.
I have CS3 installed (upgraded) on my machine and decided to reclaim some hard disk by uninstalling CS2. When I started that process I got the dialog about needing to transfer the registration if CS2 was to be installed on another PC. I hadn't thought about it, but it would be nice to put the old CS2 on my laptop so I would have it to work with when away from the desktop machine. That dialog stopped me cold though, because the last thing I need is to inadvertently deactivate my CS3 install by accepting this transfer.
Does anyone know for certain whether it would or would not effect my CS3 to perform the registration transfer step when uninstalling CS2?
using CS3 I am told by photoshop today" You cannot use, you must uninstall and reinstall before using. It does not mention a license issue as I have seen in many post..do I really have to do the reinstall?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI installed CS4, and then successfully uninstalled CS3 (both versions as full Creative Suites). I realized, though, that I hadn't saved the actions I had created in PS CS3, so I reinstalled PS CS3 (and found the PS CS3 Actions Palette.psp file, which had my custom actions, from a backup I had made). I exported the custom actions to .atn files, and then imported them into CS4. So far, so good. But..
Now I can't uninstall CS3! It doesn't show up in my "Add or Remove Programs" dialog (either as the full Creative Suite, or as the individual component programs). I suppose I might be able to solve this by completely uninstalling CS4, which would leave only PS CS3 (and a few other of the CS3 programs, which were also reinstalled) -- and then maybe it would show up in Add or Remove Programs.
(And then I could -- I hope -- uninstall CS3, and reinstall CS4.) But if someone has a simpler solution, I'd greatly appreciate hearing it! To summarize the key actions, here's what I did:- Already had Creative Suite CS3 installed- Installed Creative Suite CS4- Uninstalled Creative Suite CS3- Reinstalled PS CS3 and a couple other CS3 programs- Exported some files I needed from CS3, and imported them into CS4- Now I can't uninstall CS3.
