I then made a brush out of it and thought that would work but it makes the brush very light and transparent to the picture. How do I get it to stay full color in white as if I moved it from the file onto the picture. I hope this makes since.Then I want to make an action to add to 200 images at a time.

I have created glass with the slate material editor, used specular 100, glossiness 80 in the Blinn dropdown. Ued mental ray. Looks good, very glassy. Now I want to put a pattern on the glass, like a silouette, only that it is also translucent, part of the glass, as though it was an "etched glass" pattern on the glass. Do i make the pattern into some kind of "mask"? and lay it over existing glass?

I have tried the basic reactor water and Pflow setup, as well as super spray, but neither seem to work. Feb 8, 2005I am trying to achieve an effect of tire tracks on water, as if a bus had just driven over it. I'm having a hard time making it look effective....at the moment the best i can do has turned out looking more like snow tracks more than anything else...

Basically i want a water ripple like the one you see in the lake, but not from the top down, kinda like the front angle view. Then falling down would be a water drop with a globe in it.

Feb 10, 2006its a cross country picture of some kids on bleachers and i wanted to add some affects to it. one was just to make it look lke half the picture was underwater and the view was from above.
i wanted the water level to go up to the front rows knees or chest and have reflections and ripple filters just as a normal picture with water in it would have. im not sure quite how to do this though.
