Aug 7, 2013I was told that to resize a batch of photos to use the multiple selection tool. Howver, this button is not active as it appears in my Photoshop 11. D I have to import the files to a certain location or something.

Feb 14, 2014I've edited my photos, resized them all the same and now want to use the "process multiple files" funtion to put a watermark on each image.
In the past this has not been a problem but now when I use this feature, the watermark font size is inconsistent between each image.
I have a 200 photo batch and dont really want to manually put my watermark on it!
Photoshop Elements :: 10 Processing Multiple Files - Error
Sep 16, 2013Yesterday this was working; today it's not. When I try to process multiple files I get this error message: "Could not complete the Process Mulitple Files command because the disk is not available."
I'm on a Mac - 10.6.8. The disk is not full. I am trying to convert Open TIF files to JPGS. And like I said, this was working for me yesterday.
Here's what I've tried as far as troubleshooting:
1. Going to your username>library>preferences and deleting:
com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist
Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 paths
Adobe Photoshop Elements 10settings
repair permissions and try again.
2. restarting the editor while holding down command+shift+option, keeping the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. I did.
3. restarting the computer
4. shortening the file names
5. moving the destination file
Still no success.

I have three jpegs, not necessarily the same size/res. Here are the particlulars:
1) Bush, 600x914 @ 300 dpi,
2) Borat, 1024x799 @ 300 dpi,
3) Moore, 1172x778 @ 150 dpi.
I would like to place these images so that GW is between our pals. All three pics have different backgounds (caps from DVD etc).
So, ideally, I'd like to have all three images on the same (i.e. a new or different background - perhaps CLOUDS). I have a weird sense of humor.
The reason for this is that I am compiling a "Funky" movie with vids from news shows with bush, video caps from Farenheight and Borat. The images are being used as thumbnails for chapters, while the composite will be a splash screen for the begining and background for the main menu. Just something to amuze me..
I realize that there will be some differences once the images are all merged and I am more that willing to play and play and play. Just need somewhere to start.
Photoshop :: Cannot Work With Multiple Pics In 5 Extended Version?
Sep 25, 2012I recently graduated from ps3 extended to ps5 extended ( was very use to the ps3 version) . Now am having problems when working with multiple pics in the ps5 extended version. I am unable to float mult, pics and or be able to minimize them to pull up another.
I also need the screen mode with the menu bar at the top to be able to minimize etc and select different pic. This seem to be the Workspace default in ps3 extended and I was very use to that....with the ps5 it is def not the default and is set to standard screen mode ( from the top selections) and I keep having to go the the top and select full screen mode with menu bar to even have my tools....then select float multiple pics to have the options of minimizing or max?....
Photoshop :: Capturing Multiple Signatures And Processing For Later Use
Feb 22, 2012Capture a bunch of signatures to be later used in PS for creating a collage of a sports team...each photo will have the players signature... I'd like to ideally use my i pad to capture and then move to PS where I can associate each signature with a photo, etc. The trick is to work off a list of names and be able to keep the association as a move it to PS...
File Maker Pro / Go combo will do what I want I think but its quite pricey at $150+40...was hoping some other cheaper way was possible. Obviously need to pay attention to transparency issues..Don't want to have to manually delete white backgrounds once imported, etc.

Sep 24, 2013I am starting a project and doing research about having the possible chance of making either a UV or X-ray scanner with the ability of scanning numerous 2d drawings onto a photoshop like software all at one time. While going to SJSU it took me a longer time to shoot single shots of my 136 page animation project than it took me to draw it out frame by frame... so I told my teacher David Chai one day-" why not build a cube with an x-ray beam and shoot my whole project all at one time?
" It has been a long time since Art23 and I still have the same dream of doing a full length animation- if it were to ever happen I would need a software with the capability of running a composite that would hold multiple frames scanned(30 perhaps) through a front and side x-ray or UV ray that can harness the depth of each individual frame being scanned at the same time. If I had software that could hold data from each frame... I believe I can work out my schools animation team ad well as move towards making numerous 5 page "final D" animation in a way make a full length film with my old crew Studio.

Apr 16, 2011I'm creating a large document with the same background but different pics and text on the multiple pages. I want to create a background that is not a bitmap but is still vector and that I can edit, that will automatically come up with each new page. And the kicker is that if I change one thing to the background, it will auto populate the change to the rest of the document.
The background consists of a title, a company logo, some solid fill text and pic areas. So for instance if I wanted to change the background color from green to blue I don't want to have to go to each page and change it individually.

Nov 19, 2013I have Elements 8 for the processing the raw files from my Nikon D40. There has been not issue with these files. I just recently picked up a D7100. Now with this camera when i download the raw files to the computer I am receiving a message that Elements does not reconize those raw files and will not open them.
