Photoshop Elements :: How To Show Tags In Different Folders

I have all my photos in many folders, subfolders and subsubfolders. Now I have tagged some, and when I then klick on the little 'binocular' next to the tag to only show pictures with that tag - I was expecting to see all photos with that tag as thumbnails regardels of their placement in the various folders. But no! I have to have the folder marked in the table of contents in the left hand side. So basically I have to klick through all my folders to see where I have some with that tag. I hope there is another way to do this! How can I see all my photos with a specific tag? I also tried the timeline (which by the way I have found to be amazingly useless) and there the bars are slightly color coded to show that there are some photos with that tag - but that still means klicking through a lot of the timeline and still only seeing the photos in a specifik folder at a time, instead of all pictures with that tag.
