View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using the trial version of Photoshop Elements 12 that I just downloaded and installed. I'm trying to sign into Elements Mobile Albums- I put in my adobe ID and password and click "sign in" but nothing happens- the login spinner runs but no error message comes up and it doesn't log in.
I've setup and added pictures to my Revel account (there are a few hundred now). I can access them fine via the web, iPhone, or Mac app. I have nothing in the Organizer except some system mp3s that it found.
If I put in the wrong password, it gives me an error, so it's not entirely broken. I tried the "trouble signing in" link and reset my password, but no change.I'm running on OSX Mavericks. I've not tried any other platforms.
How can I get past the "sign in pop up" that keeps coming up when I amy trying to make collages? I was able to make collages last week.

View 1 Replies View RelatedA few months ago I successfully loaded Elements 11 onto my desktop. As we are going on holiday decided to load also onto my laptop. As laptop does not take discs, I decided to download as a trial and then put in serial number. It seemed to download alright but every time I have tried to instal I get the message "Installation failed to initialize". This has happened many times and I have tried rebooting etc. At one stage they got me to download Adobe Application Manager, but it was not explained, or identified, why. Adobe Application Manager seems to be for more advanced Adobe products. I have also got Adobe Download Assistant, which seems appropriate.

No problem with CS4 re-installation but PSE9 & PRE9 reach almost the end of the installation process, then roll back the installation.

If I try to run Editor directly from the Elements 11 folder in Progam File (x386) I receive the error message "Error 5". I have uninstalled and reinstalled (as administrator), but I continue to receive the same message. I am running Windows 7 (64bit), and other Adobe products run fine (Lightworks, Acrobat).
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter installation I went directly into the editor and right away I saw that the software was very sluggish with my cursor dragging . After clicking on a top menu (File) the menu bar open (5 sec.)and if I scroll it down I do not see the blue color following my cursor, and if I click at the location in the bar of my cursor it takes a few second before it respond. I am also using the following adobe softwares that works flawlessly : Photoshop CS5.5 extended; Bridge; Camera Raw; Lightroom 4.2. My computer uses an Asus P7P55-E Premium motehrboard with Win 7 pro 64 bits with an intel I 860 2.8 mhz and 8 gigs of RAM. All my adobe softs are 64 bits, except for elements 11. After seeing that, I installed the upgrades without any visible problems. Even after that nothing has improved.
I have to say that I have quite a few softwares installed that all work perfectly such has Topaz bundle; Photomatix pro, etc. In fact of all my softwares this is the only one that is giving me troubles.
After installing Windows 7 (not an upgrade), the Installation routine stops on The first disk and Then declares a Pop Up Error 1395: An error occured during the installation of assembly component.

The install routine then executes a "roll back" functions and shuts down.What do I do to re-install my software? Of course, I do have the 24 digit installation SW Codes as verified on my Adobe member account

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm working on a short film for a friend. In the clips they have a man on a train by the window. As the train itself was stationary, they put a greenscreen by the window. I've added every effect to make it look like there is an outside and its speeding by, but it looks like there's nothing inbetween the man and the outside.
The outside is actual filmed B-roll of trees going by and is not a keyframed picture zooming by.
How do i make a "glass window" in adobie Elements... something I can bring into my project and but inbetween the man and the outside.
I do not have adobie After Effects. The only adobie Program i have is Elements 11.
I've looked online and can't find any pictures that work, and any search comes up with making a glass ball that magnifies the images inside of it.
In elements 9 the cascade option is permanantly greyed out, whatever I do! I have no problem in Elements 6 where it operates ok
