I'm working with photoshop and trying to save text to try to create a user bar.
I'm having a few issues. I figured you would save it under C:Program FilesAdobePhotoshop 7.0PresetsTools , but there is a text file that I can't save it under. It is a TPF File, (don't know what that means). So basically I can download the text, but don't know how to have it show up on photoshop text list.
I've downloaded and installed it, but everytime I go to open/load the program, it says I don't have the admin privileges and that I have to log on to an admins account.
I have just downloaded the new Photoshop CC and can not get it to launch, I have downloaded it through the Abode Creative Cloud and there is no Launch option.
I used to be able to do this, now images download to Digital Photo Professional whatever that is. Can I download directly to Abobe Raw as I used to? Can't find a way.
I have been trying to download CS6 on my Windows 7 laptop, but I keep getting the same error message. "(Error 101) Check for available disk space on your system and try downloading the product again."
So, ultimately my question is, how much space is needed to download CS6?
I try to download the photoshop cs4 trial it opens up the window that says "your download is about to start" or whatever it says, but then it just refreshes itself over and over and never starts the download. Do I just sit there and wait? I waited for about 30 minutes last night and still, no results.
I just purchased CS4 upgrade from Adobe. I am using their download manager to download the files. There are 2 files that apparently need to be downloaded. One is 834mb and seems to download just fine but can't be opened. The other is a 1.17 mb file that won't download all the way. It gets to 98% and says (paraphrased) "download manager could not perform integrity test" and "fatal error". Appently CS4 wont load and run wihout this file. The only solution Adobe gives intheir trouble shooting is "try again".
I've downloaded the trial version, this seems to have been ok, I've extracted the files to a desktop Adobe CS3 folder but when I try and open the program nothing (literally) happens! No error messages, start up screen or anything.
My HDD light is active for 30 seconds or so but the end product is zero.
I'm sure my laptop is up to it in terms of system req's etc.
I purchased Photoshop CS6 Extended several months ago when I owned a Windows computer. I recently bought my MAC which doesnt have a disc drive, how am I suppose to download Photoshop without the disc?
I want to download a trial version of CS6 not the extended version. If I want to buy it I don't want the extended version to be on my computer. I can only find a link on Adobe to the extended version.
I'm trying to download my pics from a card reader on a Mac via Bridge rather than Lightroom. It can see my images but when I try to select a destination folder it freezes leaving the only option to force quit.
Nikon D7000 shooting Raw. When I download captures to bridge in CS6 I also get this .XMP file. How can I prevent this file from downloading? If the adjustment needs to be made in the camera I will follow up with Nikon .
Just got Elements 11 and when I put the card into my pc the download box pops up and it reads the card, but it does not see the raw files, only the jpg files. If I use windows explorer to view the card it sees the raw files fine. I can open raw files from the card into elements 11 editor fine. It just will not see the raw file in the downloader box. I had Elements 7 before 11 and it worked fine.
I have windows 7 and Elements 11 is updated to the latest version.
I have made 4 attempts to download this program for Windows 7 and CS5 (64 bit). I have successfully downloaded Adobe Air as required. However, when I try to open Lens Profile Dowloader.swf I get an error message. It won't let me copy and past the message so here it is in my own words. "Adobe Reader cannot open LensProfileDownloader.swf because the file has been damaged."
Is there a problem at Adobe's end with this program? Without this program I have no access to lens profiles created by individuals and shared with Adobe.
I keep getting an error message while attempting to download a trial version of creative cloud/photoshop CC....it keeps saying there is an error rolling back in command....error df036, error df024, error dw063....it also states that some of the files are already present, which I don't understand how that is possible. I am using windows i.e. 10
I want to include basic B&W patterns to PSE11 and don't know how to do that. I found some called Basic_ Patterns_ by_Peter_plastic but I can't seem to get them work.
I have been using Elements 9 and Premiere 9 on Windows 7 machines, and retain the Windows and the Mac discs, with serial numbers. I am now changing to an iMac on Mavericks, which does not have a disc drive. How do I download the full Elements 9 and Premiere 9?
I have downloaded the software to my Mac desktop and I was then trying to transfer it to my Mac Pro Laptop as I successfully did with PSE 11 a year ago with no problems. However, with PSE12 when I transfer it with Air Drop they both go into my DL folder but when I click to open it says my file is not there.
