Nov 3, 2008gave me a Adobe Extended premium Suite, and I installed it, all 400+ Meg. When I looked at un-installing some of the many included programs (Dreamweaver, etc) a message said that if I uninstalled any, then none would work properly.
Photoshop is really all I need.
I have 320G memory, but I'm concerned this huge program might be slowing the system.

May 22, 2013I did download the Adobe Photoshop CS6 trial, via the website I did go to the Download Manager. Now I have it installed, but i'm not sure if I have the extended or normal version. How can I check that?
And, if I don't have it.. The download manager does nothing say about the Extended version (trial of it), and at the Adobe website I can't find a way to download it.

Sep 13, 2012I can't seem to import videos to Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended, all the videos I have on my computer have a wmv format. Every time I launch PSCS5, these are my steps:
file>import>video frames to layers,
but when I click on the folder that I put my videos in, no videos show up in that folder. I have the last version of QuickTime Installed on my pc. I'm using windows vista and my pc is HP.

Apr 10, 2013I'm trying to create a timeline wherein the camera rotates in a circle around a 3d Object that is located at the origin of the Ground Plane. I click 3d Camera in the Timeline to create my beginning keyframe, I drag the time slider to the end of the timeline, and I Rotate the camera view around the Z (vertical central) axis of the ground plane. I have the caps lock on so that the ground plane stays perfectly level as I rotate.)
As I am rotating the 3d Camera, the entire scene appears to rotate around the Z axis at the origin of the ground plane, which is what I want the animation to look like, but this is not the scene that plays back. When I play back the scene by clicking the play button or dragging the time slider, it rotates off-axis around some other center of rotation, with my 3d object often rotating out of the scene.

Dec 12, 2007I have been using Photoshop Elements 4 until I just purchased Photoshop CS3 Extended. In Photoshop Elements 4 there is a selection brush, enabling you to make pixel by pixel selection (if desired). There seems to be NO counterpart in CS3 - - which seems impossible for so powerful a program. In that most of my work involves selecting very precise points of 1 or 2 pixels, how can this be done?

Apr 2, 2009I just bought adobe photoshop cs4 extended from a large retail computer store.I had the trial version of photoshop cs4 extended.I uninstalled the trial version and installed from dvd.I got a Invalid serial number error.I am sure there was a software configuration problem .To fix this The reason ,the disk needs to verfy that you have the original disk,If that happens ,After installation ,Just delete this file C:Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeAdobe PCDcachecache.db This is the location where it installed the serial . After deleteing it will create a new cache.db file and store the serial there that goes with that disk . When you open PS cs4 it will ask to enter serial again.Just enter the serial again that came with box.

The installation installed Photoshop CS4, Adobe media, adobe air, Bridge etc but failed to install other components such as language pack.
The installation failed even if I stop Adobe Acrobat Sppedrun and other Adobe software.
if I have to uninstall CS3 before installing PS CS4 Extended?

Aug 30, 2012Currently I am running PhotoShop extended CS5, 64bit. in which i have my fovorite plugins (Topaz, Nik and OneOne) running perfectly.
I have upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud and installed PhotoShop extended CS6 using Adobe Application Manager as recommended. It didn't ask me if I wanted to upgrade or do a new install for PhotoShop. So now I CS6 running with no Plug-ins. I need my plugins! LOL.
I tried pointing to additional plugins in the CS6 preference to the CS5 plugin folder. Upon Launch it gave me a whole slew of error messages saying something cant load or launch C+ runtime error or what not. It does open up, but it only gives access to Nik and Topaz. OnOne doesn't show up under filters or extensions.
So, what are my options?
Just copy the plugins from CS5 to CS6?
I dont't want to reinstall all the plugins to CS6 if I don't have to as I've auto updated them over time to current versions online, so only have installation files for my original purchases.

Jun 1, 2013I had Photoshop CS6 installed and working on my Mac using Adobe Creative Cloud. However now a dialog appears that says "Help Improve Adobe's Product". Regardless if I approve this dialog or not Adobe Photoshop starts up with every menu option grayed and I can do nothing. I have to force quit the application. At this point it is 100% unusable.
I've googled it and seen others with a similar issue but no solutions found. I have OSX 10.8.3.
Others with similar issues. URL....No real solution other than don't use Mac Keeper (which I do not) URL....

After download and permission to continue under user account control, I receive popup menu advising me that Installation Incomplete, close Adobe Bridge - 3 choices, which always fail. My Adobe CS4 and Bridge are not open. I tried this several times with the same result.I downloaded the zip file, saved, unzip, and still get the same notice - close Bridge.
