Is there any other way to compare photos in the pse 11 organizer U.S. version other than going to full screen and using the task bar on the film strips? There is no Display function in the upper right hand corner of the organizer so I cannot using the other method of prerssing f12.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIs it possible to make a plugin that can compare 2 photos and make a result output?
For example :
1st photo is 800x600 pixels
2nd photo is also 800x600 pixels
Results file : 900x600 pixels, 800x600 pixel is the result part , and on the right side100x600 pixel part is a text output with some information. In 800x600 part the modified or changed pixels can be marked with a circle or an arrow or a target pointer. On the right you get all information about 1.st , 2nd and result file, total pixels, changes pixels, percentage etc.
Of course output file can be extended as much as necessary. 1000x600 with configurable text output font , size , colors , marking pointers , etc.
Coding can be easy for advanced users , only pixel by pixel RGB comparison is needed from left top corner pixel and not matching pixel locations can be kept for output and repeated until the last right bottom pixel.

I'm working together with a photographic studio in order to study better ways to cut subjects in their photos. So, instead of using the ways we use to cut. We have taken 2 photos for the product. The first is only the background, and the second is the beackground with the product. Look at the attachments in this message. It's a simple example (not taken in the studio, with control of lights and so on, but should work for testing purposes).
Looking at the 2 images, you can see the bottle and his reflex or shadow is the unique content that changes between the 2 scenarios. If you try, for example, place each file as a layer, group them into a smart object then use stack modes, you can take off the bottle from the scenario. We are trying to find a way to get the inverse (leave only the bottle). So, if finding any combination of technique that works, we could speed time in the cutting process by already taking images this way.
(perhaps a combination of blending, use of channels....), anything that could compare the 2 images and calculate the different pixels (this case, the bottle)? or perhaps reach an alpha channel that makes easy to perfectlly cut the image. The difference blending mode, for example, makes a calculation of pixels, but I did not get so much sucess working based on this blend
I have Ulead Media Studio Pro on my old desktop, that runs Windows XP, but my laptop has Windows 7, so now I need another program. I was thinking about getting Video studio Pro X5, but how does it compare to MSP? I don't really want to lear a whole new setup/ interface, etc. I already have Adobe Premiere, but I can't figure out how to use it. I was hoping that VSP would have most of the features of MSP and be just as easy to use, so I don't have to learn a whole new program. So is it similar to use? what features from MSP are not included in VSP X5?

Is there any way or any plug that can be used in LT 13 to compare the two drawings?
I've looked online and the only program i can find is Furix but that doesnt allow for usage on the LT version of autoCAD.
I would like to compare two faces to see if they are the same face. I have three faces and a hole feature on one of the three faces. I am trying to determine what face the hole is on(top, right, left). I can get the face the hole feature was created on as:
Set oHoleFace = oHoleFeature.PlacementDefinition.Parent.Sketch.PlanarEntity
I can get the three face objects I need to check for the hole on.
Set oTopFace = oExtrudeFeatures.Item(1).Faces.Item(13)
Set oRightFace = oExtrudeFeatures.Item(1).Faces.Item(3)
Set oLeftFace = oExtrudeFeatures.Item(1).Faces.Item(12)
Can I compare faces or do I need to use vectors? I tried comparing the InternalName of the faces but this seems to fail when there is more than 1 hole center within a hole feature.

1. How does it compare to Serif PhotoPlus X5 or the Paintshop Pro 4X Ultimate?
2. Is there a PDF manual for Gimp that I can download and then print out?
3. Also, is there a list somewhere of all the available Gimp plugins with a picture for each one, showing what the plugin's effect is?
I was told that I should download and install DWG compare plug-in to compare 2 dwg files. I have downloaded the file and installed it (at least I got the "successfully installed" message) but when I open AutoCAD LT 2013 it does not show up on the plug-ins tab and using the dwg compare command returns an "unknown command" response.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have been comparing the embedded JPEG images with ones generated using the various profiles supplied with Lightroom. I expected the embedded JPEG to "agree" with the one generated using Camera Standard but that has not been the case with Nikon D700 and Nikon V1 files. I am now wondering if my expectations are too high.
A possible difficulty in making the comparisons is not knowing what control slider settings and Tone Curve I should use. What is the correct procedure?
I have LR 4.3 and now 5. how to display and compare more than two images in same time, including 100% view. I can with "Together" or some word alike. (Ensemble in the French version), but I cannot zoom all images together at 100%. This is only possible in the "comparison" module but for only 2 images at a time…
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm sure this is wrong. In LR5.3 while in Survey or Compare modes when I assign a pick or reject flag to a "more selected" image the rest get tagged as well. I'm certain that is not right, that those modes are different than when multiple images are in the Gallery and limit flags to the most selected image. Given the purpose of Survey/Compare is entirely based on flagging individual images from a group. Just started happening.
Did I accidentally change a configuration option somewhere and, if so, how do I correct? Or is this just a flakey bug?
I have a modest collection [19,500] that has a good number of same images but in different folders; need a way to find these duplicates based on image only [not by metadada, nor by file name, etc.].
Like an image recognotion function that could take a selected JPG and then scan the collection and ID any duplicates and where located.
Chasing these down manually is mission impossible; big issue is that same photo has different name in different folders.
if it's possible to span the compare mode across two monitors, so the curent select is on the left, and the candidate is on the right?

I am working on an AutoCAD OEM based product. I need to compare two DWG files as a part of GUI test automation. What is the best way to do it?
I have already explored Compare DWG, a third party tool available as a Menu option in AutoCAD. However, the ObjectARX library used by this tool does not get loaded onto the product under test. It gives a linker error as follows:

I am just trying to compare a surface that was provided from a different survey company of the original ground of the borrow pit.

i started my first project in lightroom, and i use to change the look of my images in the development section every day again (a bit here, a bit there).
when i press before/after, LR5 only shows the version i did yesterday and the one from now, today, how can i see the unedited version of the image, which i imported last week?
Is it possible to split the window in LR4 horizontal when using the compare tool?
I would like to compare panoramas and it is quite difficult with a vertical splitting.
I have run the DWG Compare Plug-in on two DWG files. The results show the plan in grey while the differences in plans are showin in color. If I plot an individual layout to PDF the plot looks perfect meaning the plan is grey and the differences are color.
When I batch plot, all of the layouts lose their ability to plot the results of the DWG Compare and just print like the original DWG file whether it be mono or color. is there an entirely different way to go about batch printing to a combined PDF the results of a DWG Compare?
