View 5 RepliesI wanting to fade all four edges on some photos for a blog header. When I select the photo and apply the fade edge to it, it will only fade on one side, either left or right. What has me confused is I am using the tool the same way I always have but all of a sudden its not working the way it used to.

For example i got the following header from a site and this guy has used 6-7 images to create one single header. Also see the images has one single color tone matching the color theme of that site.
how do I use the above 5 images to create one single header in Photoshop.

using Gimp to create a website header that includes image mapping. I figured out how (Filters > Web > Image Map). I just can't figure out how to save it in a format that I can then upload to a Bandcamp website.
I can open a graphic in Gimp that I made in Powerpoint. A second window opens with the same graphic and that is where I add the image mapping. So now how do I save it so that when I upload it the tags are there? Or am I supposed to copy all the tags and then paste that code? I can find the place in Bandcamp where the code gets pasted - but I haven't yet figured out how to copy the code.
How do I Upload a Zoomify Image to my Blog? I have a panorama that I exported to Zoomify. I am stuck now trying to figure out how I can upload that image to my Blog.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy friends and I have a blog and we use a very nice background (see the attachments). However, we would like to customize the blog a little bit, I would like you to make a background image which has the exact same size and the one attached. Moreover, the background of the background (!!) must have the same color as the one in the attached image.
Most importantly, try to make something that is about the same as the one attached, but use your imagination to make it different and better. Try the use the same colors and keep it grunge, just the like the attached image.
I know that I ask you to make about the same image. My friends and I really like it, yet we want something different so that our blog is more...unique.
The image file size should not be more than 175KB.
Image dimensions: 1400x920
I want to optimize the images in my blog posts since it is loading very slowly. Due to this my blogs loading speed is very high. I have no idea to optimize the images in Photoshop. You can see my images loading very slowly here

What I'm trying to accomplish is to have an animated blog title. As an example, please have a look at the header of this blog of mine:
[URL].......
As you can see, the header is rather boring. What I'm trying to accomplish is to animate the letters of the header title "Heartgard For Dogs" the one at the very top in yellow.
I have "Xara 3D Maker 7" and "Xara Designer Pro 6".
Not sure which one will accomplish what I'm trying to do.
Is there an easy way to export a web gallery developed in Lightroom 4 into my blogger blog?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm a new user of PhotoShop (v6.0.1) and I'm trying to add a photo (.gif) to a header (.psd) I've started & will use in WordPress.
I cannot seem to click & drag the logo to the header. It does not come out of the window or space that it is in. I think this can be done because I have seen it done in a tutorial video. I see the logo layer has a lock on it, is that possible the problem? I cannot seem to figure out how to unlock it.
what header/logo style do you ppl think i should have for this new layout im doing...?

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I right clicked on the top of the photo window (photo info header) in any other version of Photoshop I used to get a pop up menu for the following: "duplicate, image size, canvas size, file info, page setup" Right clicking the photo window header doesn't do anything in CS4. Is this a bug in my system or is there something in setting up my workspace or preferences in CS4 that I'm missing?
