View 1 RepliesSee the image below, in particular I have a seperate layer READ MORE, I want to save this image as a PNG file and in my HTML page make the READ MORE region like a clickable button. I know I can slice this into a seperate image and wrap in a <DIV tag to do this.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have created a project in PSE 11- it's meant to be a booklet, and I would like to add clickable links to the project, by way of live links, as well as making parts of the project clickable. The goal is to make it a Tumblr post, and save the multiple pages as an Adobe Acrobat pdf file.
My weak Google-fu tells me that I need to use the slicing tool, but I don't think that is available in Elements?

I am seeking to simplify some of our drawings and want to make some forms or tables that has a click check or radio button. Is this possible in any way using Autocad and/or using the Visual Basic and Visual LISP add ons?
If it is possible what I seek is something similar to what is shown in the attached picture. Ideally I would be able to group the boxes together and set up something so it will only allow one of them to be checked, same thing for Mixed Occupancy, Construction Types, etc. If that is not possible via any means at a minimum I would like to be able to just click on the box to check or uncheck it.
If there is some way to make it as a block with attributes I can handle that as well.
I have a small part time business doing all kinds of image editing. I get most of my work on a particular site that facilitates the meeting of clients and freelancers
I just recently was awarded a job and accepted the job. Right AFTER that, there was from the client an "Oh yeah, there's just one more thing I need done", (happens ALL THE TIME).
The job was to edit an ultrasound of a fetus and incorporate the image into an invitation to a baby shower. OK, no problem, right?
The "Oh yeah, I've got one more thing", was that she wanted me to put two places where the mother was registered for gifts and she wanted both of these places to be an active, clickable hyperlink.
I've done a small amount of research and read a few ideas about "slicing" but all the tutorials appear to be speaking about doing this to an image on a website, which isn't what I need. I need to create a freestanding image, one that could be attached and or inserted into an email to someone and one that you would be able to click on the text of an URL and it would be an active hypelink that would take you to the store's website.
1. Is this even a possibility?
2. If so, is it something that can be done ONLY with CS5 or would I need other software to accommplish this?
remember, this is NOT to be part of a website, it needs to be a freestanding image that can be emailed and that has an active, working, hyperlink as part of the image.
I have made a click able image in CS6 but when I save it to my computer as a GIF, I'm not able to click on it. I'm saving the file as an "Image" and not using "HTML and Images" as I can't find a way to place HTML files on my website.

View 2 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden my clickable links for Elements 5 are not working, even from the program menu. The only way to access it is if I right click on a photo and choose Elements 5 as my opening program. I am worried that if I do an unistall/reinstall that Elements 5 will no longer be compatible with my Windows 7.

I have two questions. I checked the knowledge-base, youtube and searched this forum for answers.
Q1. Is it possible to embed clickable links in a video?
Q2. Is it possible to change the background colour of the pre-set Titles (the black background)? If so, how?
When scrolling through my images to add tags, there does not seem to be a built in scrollbar that I can click either up or down to scroll with. Instead, I use my mouse and sometimes it gets out of conrol and starts scrolling through a lot more images that I would like. I am using the latest LR on a Mac. Is there someway to get a clickable scrollbar?

View 3 Replies View RelatedThere are times I have to use the 32bit version of CS6, because the plugin being used can't be used in the 64bit version. But the last two days, this error started up out of the blue. This is the error popup I get, verbatim "Could Not Complete the Browse In Bridge command because Photoshop was unable to find the Javascript plug-in"
This error doesn't happen with the 64Bit version, nor does it happen in CS5 64 or 32bit, and not in CC 32bit (downloaded the trial to test to see if it was a 32bit compatbility problem) and none of these cough up this error.
I haven't copied or deleted any parts of Adobe or any files in any of the program directories. It happens in Photosho I try to Browse in Bridge from Photoshop, not if Bridge is already open.
And yes, I know Extension Manager CS6 no longer supports Bridge, but I wasn't using it. This error just started yesterday. Been using the 32bit version of CS6 for certain plugins for over a year. Again, haven't deleted or added anything.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a flat clipart image of a knife and fork and I want to make it look like stainless steel.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI found out how to do this recently so I decided that I wanted to make a tut for those who don't know how to make an icon image. This icon image is for the libraries tab on your computer. Under the libraries tab there is Music, Pictures, Documents, and Photos
First you will need the ICO (Icon image format) Format extension for Photoshop which can be downloaded here:
[URL].........
The download link and tutorial on how to install it is all in the link above. Once you have that all set you can now launch Photoshop to create your icon image. Once you have launched it, create a new document with the size as in the image below.
[URL]..........
Create the image you want. I used a simple one by using the custom shape tool by pressing "U" on your keyboard and with the basic blending options.
[URL].........
The reason why the image is pixelated is because it is an icon image. Since the image is only 256x256 pixels when you zoom in on it that will get you the pixely result. The reason why I zoomed in is so you can see it. But don't worry this is no the end result. Just continue reading and you will see.
So once you have created the icon go ahead and press
file>save as>(under format choose the ICO)>and choose the name that you want to name it. And save it in your C: drive. You will see why to save it in your C: drive in a sec.
[URL]..........
So now that you have created the icon and saved it now you can create the new library.
[URL].........
Name the library whatever you want I named it "Sample" for tutorial purposes. Notice how it gives you a default boring icon image for your library.
[URL].........
So now once you have created and named your library now it is time to get the icon image into place. Go to computer/c: Drive/users/YOU/ And now once you have reached this area you will need to access a hidden folder named "appdata" to do so press "Alt" then a menu bar will show. Click tools>folder options>and view. Find the option to view hidden folders then press apply then ok. Now we shall continue so AppData>Roaming>Microsoft>Windows>Libraries
Now you should see all the libraries including the one you just created.
[URL].........
[URL]..........
Once you have reached your destination then open a new text document with notepad and drag the library you just created in notepad. The result should look like this:
[URL].........
once you have reached this point click at the end of the second to last line down then press enter and enter in this information
<iconReference>c:"NAME OF ICO FILE YOU CREATED IN PS".ico</iconReference>
Example:
[URL]...........
Once you have entered that information go to file>save and the icon image should appear on the library you created.
[URL]............
Now you are officially finished. Go and spread the news and joy.
How to or which tools are used to make these arrows and others from this file.
