Whenever I try to install the trial it says you don't have enough disk space. I am on an administrative account. I have 2 drives (am installing on D drive which has 65gb left)
C drive has 250mb left. I'm using vista home basic 32-bit ...
Currently I am running PhotoShop extended CS5, 64bit. in which i have my fovorite plugins (Topaz, Nik and OneOne) running perfectly.
I have upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud and installed PhotoShop extended CS6 using Adobe Application Manager as recommended. It didn't ask me if I wanted to upgrade or do a new install for PhotoShop. So now I CS6 running with no Plug-ins. I need my plugins! LOL.
I tried pointing to additional plugins in the CS6 preference to the CS5 plugin folder. Upon Launch it gave me a whole slew of error messages saying something cant load or launch C+ runtime error or what not. It does open up, but it only gives access to Nik and Topaz. OnOne doesn't show up under filters or extensions.
So, what are my options?
Just copy the plugins from CS5 to CS6?
I dont't want to reinstall all the plugins to CS6 if I don't have to as I've auto updated them over time to current versions online, so only have installation files for my original purchases.
before i installed the CS4 trial, i uninstalled all previous photoshop versions that were on my computer(cs2,3). but when i open photoshop cs4, it doesnt even start to open. all i get is an error reading "licensing for this product has stopped working" and it says that i must restart my computer before launching, which i did. it's the same error every time. i have a windows xp home edition 32 bit.512 Mb of RAM.

When I download the trial it does not attempt to install CS3 extended as a separate application but merely "repairs" the existing CS3 installation and does not give me an opportunity to trial CS3 extended!
How can I get CS3 extended trial to install as an additional but entirely seperate application?
To add a further complication the system is a windows 64bit. The current cs3 is installed but does not take advantage of 64 bit features and installs as a 32 bit application in C:Program Files(86). I understand CS3 extended is meant to take advantage of 64 bit so clearly a seperate install into C:Program Files is needed. The whole purpose of the trial is to see how well CS3 extended takes advantage of the Windows 64 bit OS.
When I go to install a CS3 trial that came with my new tablet, it tells me:
'You can only install one Adobe product at a time. Please complete the other installation before attempting to install Adobe setup'
The only other adobeproducts currently on the computer are flash player and reader. There was Adobe PSE 6 up untill two days ago, but that was cleanly uninstalled.

I had Photoshop CS3 installed before running smoothly.
I formatted the whole computer, I have three partitions.
C: 441 MB (free space)
D: 73 GB (free space)
E: 66 GB (free space)
When I try to install CS4 and select a folder on partition D:,
it claims 'The size of the selected option exceeds the available
capacity' (translated from German). Although the installer recognizes:
Available capacity: 73 GB
Entire capacity: 1.2 GB
I only have about 9 GB of programmes on partition C:. Apart from that there is nothing on the computer.
Is maybe the RAM not sufficient for CS4?
I download the Photoshop Extended Trial Version and extracted it without any problem. But when I double-click setup.exe nothing happens. It seems to popup a window, but its gone every fast. When I open the Taskmanager I can see the setup.exe under processes, but nothing happens also after hours of waiting.

- Installing in safe-mode = same problem
- register jscript.dll myself = same problem
- Uninstall CS3 = same problem
- Using AdobeCS3Cleaner
- Using AdobeCS3Cleaner -> found nothing...
- delete last things of CS3 with TuneUp
I began the setup process for photoshop cs3, and while installing it crashed. I tried to run the program, and it wouldnt load. I attempted to uninstall it through Add/Remove programs, and it would not work. I tried re-installing the program, but the setup program will not run. Launched Photoshop CS6 this morning, and suddenly it is a trial version of CS6 Extended. I did not ask for this, I do not want this, I bought, paid for and registered the regular version on the day it was released. I am not renting the software via that stupid creative clod thing, I bought it the regular way. What is happening here? Is this going to happen every time they release a minor update? How do I make it go away?

I downloaded CS4 Extened and used the trial section, with the idea to purchace. Stupidly I inserted an expired serial number and now cant get the program to reload. I would like to purchase but need to know if I delete and re download will this work? If I need to purchase with re-downloading, it is fine but I need the sequence I need to get this right

View 2 Replies View RelatedI wanted to install the Photoshop CS6 trial, however both installation apps that are available come up with errors:With Adobe Download Assistant, after a few seconds of the message "Installing application", I get the error message: "The application could not be installed. Try installing it again (Error# 0)".
With Adobe Application Manager, after the files are downloaded and extracted, I get the error "Installation failed: Insufficient disk space to extract files. Please clear space on C: and try again (EX10)", even though both on the target drive (which I've set to D:) and on the C: drive, there is plenty of space available (85GB and 2.5GB, respectively).
I previously had CS4 installed, and uninstalled it before attempting to install the trial of CS6. I'm running Win XP SP3 32-bit on a laptop with 4GB RAM.
after installing the CS2 trial, it gave me an error saying:

I took read only off the entire CS folder, and now I get:

im trying to install the trial version of cs4 extended on adobe but, when i do i get this error, Problems occurred while accessing your file system. Verify that your file system is accessibleand has enough free disk space... i have 440gb free so i dont think thats a problem

this is the exact message i'm getting
"a problem occured while extracting some files. check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder"
I tried running that regsvr script, didn't help though.
I've now tried downloading it off of ie7 as opposed to firefox and I've got past the stage i got to previously.
I have downloaded the trial for PSCS6 extended and every time I try to warp text, it stops working and closes.It says it is a DEP issue however, you cannot turn off DEP for photoshop?
Also, is it worth me deleting the program and re-downloading it... and if I do that, will my trial continue from its current point?
I have PsCC installed and running OK as trial, before I activate paid version, to verify it works OK for me.
I tried to install an extension .zxp made for PsCC but extension manager warns me I need to have ver. 14.0 or greater (which I have) to install the panel, so it does nothing.
I tried an update to extension manager but it is up to date.So, will PsCC trial not accept an extension .zxp? Or do I need a different installer? Or how do I install the PsCC .zxp other than dbl clicking on it?

I always make sure my virus/firewall software is switched off whenever installing and I have tried many troubleshooting solutions to solve the problem, but everytime I keep getting this error message come up.
I have tried three different browsers and folled the installation settings for the browsers. Problem:
Due to a conflict with Album DS I had to uninstall and reinstall CS Extended. However, when trying to re-install CS3 Extended:
Background/Attempts to fix:
- I can not launch the installation process from the program CD.
- Nor can I explore the CD. It appears as if there are NO files on it but it uses 721MB.
- Installation has no problem initiating on an XP laptop.
- I just installed Turbo tax on the Vista PC in the same drive so its not the drive.
- Right clicking on the Rom Drive in Windows Explorer gets me as far as the installation start screen. BUT when I click on this install button I get Specified file not found
I really did search on this. All I found elsewhere was a very complicated custom batch file tweak-install. Does this mean that this program can only install everything that comes with it? I am considering an upgrade but do not want to install each and every sub-product that comes with extended.

I was prompted earlier to update my Photoshop CS6 which I allowed. Now when I launch Photoshop, it also launches Adobe Application Manager which informs me "Sign In Required" to register my trial software which in the title bar of Adobe Application Manager, reads: Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended.
Where did that come from? I had the standard version yesterday. I haver never downloaded a trial version of extended. Where did my standard version go?
Can i get my standard version back painlessly? I havent done the sign in as yet.

According to "Get Info" it is just Photoshop CS6 - No extended mentioned.
I uninstalled Photoshop CS5.1 ME (Middle Eastern) version from my 64bit operating system (Windows 7 Home Premium) and went on to install CS6 EXTENDED after a fresh restart (I also deleted remaining CS5 folders in "Program Files' Adobe directory"). The setup went fine. But, when it finished, it gave an error message saying that Adobe Photoshop CS6 didn't install or didn't install correctly. From there, I copied the error report/log it gave out:

Photoshop started fine and worked fine (only used it a bit) after the "failed" installation but, the Update option in the Help window was grayed out (trial version, just to let you know). Is that a limitation to the trial version? Or is it straight up an error?
My question is, what did the error report mean and what could be wrong with my currently installed version of PS? BTW, I didn't use Mini Bridge yet, although all of its files are present in the Program Files directory for Adobe.
