Dec 6, 2006Is there any way to open multiple files in Photoshop and execute an adjustment, such as Unsharp Mask, and have all the open files reflect that adjustment?

Jan 16, 2013When making a path, if I select a single anchor point and drag it about I can do so freely and smoothly. If I select several anchor points though, they 'jump' a pixel's width at a time while dragging them around.

Dec 27, 2012I recently purchased a new computer and uploaded my creative cloud membership onto it (inspiron 15 for school). When I make any sort of adjustment to anything at all (i.e. selective color, brightness/contrast, curves...) the image flashes or flutters its saturation or tone value as I am adjusting anything. I never had this problem with computers that were way worse, so whats going on? I tried both 64bit and 32 but no such luck. It makes it extremly difficult to see anything I am doing to a photo.

Aug 2, 2012I have a duotone image (warm grey and black) as an eps in photosho linked to Illustrator file. I need to be able to adjust each color as needed in photoshop. It is already setup as a duotone image and correctly separates in illustrator. I can do overall adjustments as needed but I would like to be able to throw a curve/adjust each color on it's own as needed in photoshop, and then relink.

GIMP :: Multiple Files In Tabs - Adjusting Tab Style
Jan 18, 2013When I have multiple files open, the tabs at the top look like this:
These are roughly twice as large as I'd like them. I've been able to customize virtually everything else (which is awesome!), but I can't seem to find a way to change the tab style here...
So, is there a way to do this, replace the previews with file names, or something like that?
Illustrator :: Adjusting Multiple Anchor Points Of A Path?
Dec 5, 2012In CS5, and in various documentation it doesn't appear possible to be a way to move multiple anchor points (as it is, in Photoshop). If this is the case... are you kidding me? Even Photoshop can do this.
Quite frankly, on my return to Illustrator, it's, as expected, Adobe has pulled a fast one with their suite of software. What was broken years ago is still broken today.
Photoshop needs the ability to add gradients to shapes, path brushing, symbols, ie the functionality of Illustrator needs to be placed into Photoshop.
GIMP :: Adjusting Color / Brightness And Contrast Of Multiple Layers Of Animation
Oct 4, 2013What I'd like to do is adjust the color and brightness/contrast of many layers of an animation. Now, for a still image with many layers I know you can generally add a partially transparent layer over the whole thing, however, since it's an animated .gif I have to do the same thing to each individual layer. I could probably go through and do it by hand and just get it over with. But, I'm curious if there's a feature for this, or is there a plugin that can repeat actions for multiple layers?

Nov 9, 2005Hi, I am starting a new business making art prints for artists. I have purchased this huge printer ... just got it. I've been studying photoshop for months using "classroom in a book" and am finding out that I've probably studied the wrong thing.
I have three questions and thanks in advance for any of your expertise.
1. I successfully printed out a two foot by two foot photo I took of my husband with my 8.2 megapixel camera. Then, tried to print out another photo.... used the same photoshop settings, but the print was 6 inches by 6 inches...... I did notice that the second print was only 16. %... I wondered if that caused the difference in size? How do I set that to 100 % if that is what is needed?
2. I want to print out multiple small prints using this big paper and printer... I want to tile these various prints (all different) along the top making rows... I want them to be all different. I called Epson support and they said I could do that in photoshop. Do I use the browser?
3. I have a wide format scanner. It does up to 11 x 17 inches. If I have something larger to scan, let's say, I scan the bottom of the image and then scan the top of the image, how do I put them together?
Lightroom :: Selecting Images In Library Module When Multiple Images Are In View
Dec 3, 2012I've been having problems selecting images in the library module when multiple images are in view (not down in the timeline, but in the main window). It seems sporadic with which ones it won't let me select, it somehow manages to be the ones that I need to click....!! I just literally can't click it as if it were an image I already imported or something, but it's not grayed out like that. I've been having to select a nearby image then use my arrow keys to navigate to and click the image I need.

For instance if I select 10 images to view in the survey mode to compare and select 1 to be flagged as rejected all 10 will be flagged rejected, not just the one. Is there a way to turn this off to select a group of images and flag each differently?

Aug 29, 2011For my work, I use a microscope that scans a slide to take an image. It takes around 20 photos and creates a single image, but each one is still clearly visible as an individual image within the overall one, due to shadowing etc. and imperfect alignment of the images. Is there a way to correct this across the whole image, at least to remove the shadowing if not the alignment?

But I have read though a couple of books, and cannot find a way through PhotoShop to place different photographs on one page. I am able to do it employing Quark xPress 4.0 and picture boxes, but that seems like a clunky solution, especially for web publishing.
