I am running Lightroom 4 on an iMac with OS - Lion.
I am trying to create a slideshow with music in the background but I cannot seem to select more than 1 song. How can I select multiple songs?
Yesterday suddenly some clients came over to see my work.Besides showing them the albums i thought it would be cool to also to show them a slideshow.I knew lightroom could do this, so i quickly selected a bunch of foto's and went to the slideshow module. It was super easy! Next step.. adding music. The slideshow was 10minutes long and so i needed around 3 music songs
However.. i could only manage to get 1 song for the entire slideshow.. Is there a (hidden) option to add more songs or a playlist?
How do I create a slideshow in LR with multiple songs? LR will only let me choose one song?

Unfortunately, this is not possible with the latest release of LR5. However, I would find this incredibly useful for longer slideshows without having to resort to a third party software.

It seems that one should be able to select a range with one click (e.g. holding down Shift and then clicking the last image in the range) or by using a context (right-click) menu. No dice.

In all previous versions of LR, I could select non contiguous folders (or collections or a mix of the two) by holding down the Command key (using a Mac). That doesn't work in LR4. Also, when I create virtual copies (which I also do all the time), the copies lose the name of the original. They are simply name "copy 1."
View 5 Replies View RelatedI know this discussion title is a bit murky, but the problem is a bit odd. I have Photoshop CS6 v13.1.2. In this version, I will activate the Select Tool, check Auto-Select: Layer, check Show Transform Controls, and then while using the Select Tool I will drag to create a rectangle to select multiple layers with content within the specified area.
Unfortunately, this action only works when I begin the selection from outside of the canvas area. If started from within the canvas area, no rectangle will appear, it will show me a measurement of my selection size, and then no layers will be selected upon release.
This cannot be working as intended right? I mean multi-select dragging cannot be intended to only work when started outside of the canvas right? Is there some way to fix this issue? Is this a bug? See the images below for more information on this issue.
Right now, when i click one object and then another, the first object becomes deselected. Holding shift is the only way for me to select multiple lines right now (other than dragging of course) but that's not what I'm used to and it annoys me a lot. At first everything is fine but then after a while it does this without me changing any options at all.

As soon as I apply a keyword to images they instantly disappear from the collection. This is alright when I only want to apply a single keyword, but how do I stop it happening when I want to apply multiple keywords to the same image(s)?

I have a Windows 7 computer and use Photoshop Elements 9 and Premiere Elements 9. I recently completed a slideshow that contains about 360 photos, many or all of which exceed the maximum size of 1000 x 750 pixels. Is there any way that I can easily reduce the pixel size of each of the photos? If upgrading to the most recent versions of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements would accomplish this I would be willing to do this.

View 3 Replies View RelatedNo matter what command i try in autocad (move, erase, copy, etc)..i can only select one item at a time. When i choose one item it goes dashed (as they normally do), but when i click the second item the first one i chose goes back to solid and if i press return only the second item i selected if affected. Similarly if i choose 3 items , it forgets the first two and only keeps the third one.. Is this an Autocad options thing or a windows Mouse thing?

View 11 Replies View RelatedFirst time creating a project and capturing digital (.mts) clips from digital media. I used to have a MiniDV camera which I found easy to 'capture' from.I recorded to SDHC memory card which I then copied (all folders and files) to a hard drive.I am using VS X6.
Method I used -Click on CAPTURE > IMPORT FROM DIGITAL MEDIA / Navigate to the folder where all the digital video clips are (PRIVATE/AVCHD/BDMV/STREAMClick START It takes a very long time for all video clips to be 'read' and 'thumbnails' displayed.
Now comes the problem.I want to select the FIRST 100 clips.I note that to select as clip to import I need to click the top left corner of a clip (and a tick appears) BUT I don't want to have to click on 900 thumbnails.I tried clicking on the first thumbnail then holding down the SHIFT key then clicking on the last thumbnail - didn't work.Tried the same holding down the CTRL key - didn't work.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI've been having trouble selecting more than one object with the pointer. the program was just reloaded on the computer, but this problem has happened multiple times now. everything will work fine for a while, then suddenly, when trying to select objects during a command, i can only select one. (ex. trying to copy multiple lines, i can only select one to copy at a time).
