View 2 RepliesI am trying to get a NEF files made on a Nikon D800E to Import to Lightroom 4.4 with Camera raw 7.4. I get an error that states the following files were not imported because they could not be read.
I can import them to Photoshop CS6 and use them in photoshop but cannot find any way to get them into Lightroom. For a while my photos were partially importing and some NEF files werent on the first few tries (but subsequently did). I have updated LR, updated Camera RAW, updated the MAC operating system, and have a newer version of PS (CS6). I have tried from the camera directly and through a card reader with multiple cards but nothing works.
Why cant I import my Nikon D800E NEF files in LR 4.3 - just started recently -I have been doing the same thing for months and never had a problem. "unable to copy a file to location"
View 5 Replies View RelatedThis discussion is actually a follow on to an earlier one where I thought the issue was resolved. I am using CS5 extended 64 bit with WIN 7 64bit and ACR version 6.7.
I verified the ACR version checking for updates and was informed I am up to date. According to the ADOBE site ACR v 6.7 is available to open Nikon D800e raw files. However when I try and open these raw files there is a message that the camera model is not supported.
I have photoshop cs5 and can´t use camera raw (6.5) for nikon d800e.

View 6 Replies View RelatedBy reading comments herein, one is led to believe that LR 5.3 provides tethered capture support for the Nikon D-610. Well, I have a MacBook Pro and OSX, and beg to differ. I cannot, for the life of me, get LR 5.3 to recognize my D-610.
what steps I need to take to get the software to recognize the camera?
If this camera is not supported, when will the D-610 be added? LR 5.3 already supports the 610's predecessor, the D-600; this camera had such a serious dust/sensor problem that Nikon quickly introduced the 610, which is virtually identical but without the sensor problem.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using the CS5 with RAW support version for D800 without any problem before. I am not very sure the RAW support version that I use in the past.
But after I restore my iMac with the latest time machine file. CS5 cannot open the RAW file for D800 anymore, I try to install the latest RAW file version 6.7 for CS5, but when I click to check the RAW support version in CS5, it keeps showing version 6.6.

View 7 Replies View RelatedTrying to import D800E raw files from a CF into Lightroom 4, "no photos found" is the message. Images can be seen in camera so I know they are there. View 1 Replies View RelatedI took D700 and D800e with me and planned on saving to portable HDs. I/3 of files could not be saved in LR4, they had ? on each 'slide' location. I bought Nikon NX2 and images came off CF cards fine and were saved to HD. But, when tried to load those files to LR4, the same thing happened... "?" all over again.
3-4 new Lexar Pro CFs and 2 different cameras... Whats up?
I'm being a bit premature but when could we possible see support for the Olympus OM-D EM-5?The camera is getting in the hands of the consumer and would love to have LR support it
View 5 Replies View RelatedSome of the main features of Lightroom are reasons for buying it in the first place. Adobe's refusal to support this well known and highly rated camera reveals something about a business model which ignores the needs of their customers. If I buy another camera next year why should I suppose that Adobe will deign to support it?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI can't finda list of cameras that are supported in LR5. There is a list for LR4but not LR5. In particular I have three cameras that all work withtethering but I don't have any working software to use thisfacility.
Canon G10
Leica DIgilux 2
Both these cameras came with tethering software that was subsequently dissabled in software updates (Not firmware updates)
I also have the EOS-M and for reasons I don'y understand Canon won't let EOS utility operate the camera even though this functionality exists within the camera because CaptureOnesupports EOS-tethering.
I'm about to make a significant investment in GPU and monitor if LR5 supports 10-bit color.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI realize that the 60D just came out but I would love to see tether support in LR3.3. I can get it to work using a watched folder with the EOS utility but not with direct tethering.
