CorelDRAW X6 :: Error X0c000007b Running The Application
Mar 7, 2013A client of mine purchased and installed CorelDraw X6. She cannot run it since she receives the above error.
Hardware/OS:
W7 64 bit on a machine with 4 GB of ram and hundreds of GB free on the HD. (works fine otherwise)
Actions taken so far.
Computer scanned and cleaned by both AntiVirus and ComboFix. Software uninstalled, then downloaded and re-installed.
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 :: Running Slow On HP TouchSmart 610?
Dec 17, 2012CorelDraw X4 seems to run slow on my new system.
I used X3 on a very low grade business computer at my last job and it worked flawlessly, now I have a stacked HP system with X4 and it runs doggie. I notice it most when cropping bitmaps with the node edit tool. I will get an hour glass (blue ring) when I do this.
I have my memory allocation at 75%
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 11 :: Double Cutting And Slow Running?
Sep 20, 2011Have recently upgraded to corel 11, from 9, but at the same time upgraded my computer.
When I try to plot a simple circle shape on my Roland CM24 the image cuts twice and is extremely slow (juddering).
I believe the double cut is caused by the hairline & fill but messing around have only gone from double cutting each shape individually to do double cutting the whole image.
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 :: Stops Running Immediately Upon Start Up
Apr 2, 2013I installed X6 today and when I got to start the program it stops running immediately. When I click on the icon the start up window appears but then freezes on "Creating Application Environment" and then just stops running. I am trying to run x6 on a relatively new hp pavilion g6 laptop.

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12 :: Running Script Multiple Times Produces Multiple Copies?
Sep 1, 2011I have this script that basically makes a shape expand by adding an outline, conveting the outline to an object, and then welding the whole thing together.
I have the script set to execute with hotkey ctrl+numpad+
The odd thing is, when I run it once, it seems to work fine and only one object is left, but when I hold down ctrl and press numoad+ over and over again, it seems to produce a new copy of the object everytime.
I'm not sure why this is happening, but I need to get it to stop.

Each character has a spriteset of 300-400 frames which come in PCX, GIF, BMP, or PNG images.
Each of these frames have to apply a certain palette. Which in Photoshop, is called an image with "Indexed 256 colors".
Now here's where I'm stuck. In order to move on, I must have all sprites applied to a certain palette.
there are about 400 sprites, in frames, and it would take a long time to convert all 400 images to one palette.
way to Run a batch/auto-script or something like that?
Photoshop :: Running CS3 On Vista
Jan 26, 2008I've got a project going with a church to create artwork that will be printed on vinyl wallpaper. So the artwork has to be done large and in high resolutions to insure its sharp when printed out that large. So my files are huge, and my old computer, a Pentium 3 system, couldn't handle it all. Untill I could get a new computer, my mom let me borrow her notebook (XP, Pentium 4, 2gig memory) to do the work on. I installed CS3 and my Wacom Intuos3 pen tablet on it, and besides the fact that it took my files 5 to 10 minutes to open, it worked well. I bought my new computer through ibuypower.com in October. Its a 3ghz Core 2 Duo, 4 gig of memory, Geforce 8800GTX system running Vista. After I installed CS3 and my pen tablet things seemed to be good at first. My files open much faster on it, no more than a few minutes now. But once I got around to creating new work on the computer, I noticed that my pen tablet was not as responsive as it was on the notebook. It works fine about 50% of the time, but the other half the time its really laggy. I'll start drawing, and the new line will stop rendering untill I stop drawing, and then it catches up. As you might guess, drawing blind like that is no good and I usually have to redo it untill it starts running the way it should. Now initially I thought I may not have the current Vista drivers for my pen tablet, but that wasn't the case. Then I started doing some work that didn't require the pen tablet, and I noticed that I have the same problem with the mouse. So the problem isn't the pen tablet at all. Its got to be how CS3 runs under Vista. It was running fine under XP on my moms Pentium 4 notebook, but not good on my superior new computer. Has anyone else here had similar problems? I've heard that Vista is a memory hog, so what are my options? I've considered dual booting, or even just going back to XP, but I'd rather not do anything that drastic untill I know I have no other options.

I booted up CS4 last night expecting to see an amazing difference, and well I did. It ended up seeing slower redraw rates and it chugs when I pan through big images.
I have a feeling there's some setting that I'm not doing right. I updated my Geforce drivers.
In the Nvidia control panel, there are a ton of settings for the Photoshop CS4 applications that I've been playing with but cant seem to get a favorable solution. Anyone have an Easy Button for this?

Ive down loaded cs4 update and card has latest driver.

May 21, 2012I have two monitors hooked up to my system. One is the laptops screen and the other is an external monitor. All is working as it should with the two monitors.
My question is this: I've opened up widget B on monitor 1 and I've got some information that's on widget A that I want to look at while working on widget B. My idea is that I would open both widgets and have one open on one monitor and the other open on monitor 2.
Problem is: I cannot get it to do this. I can move all of ACLT to one monitor or the other but not both at the same time.
Now, I did figure out that if I opened the program twice that I could get it to work but my concern is using up processor speed to do this.

When PS is running, the escape key works only when pressing SHIFT+ESC together. This is extremely annoying when multiple programs are used, what could be the root of the problem?
