I've downloaded a block (the orange one in the picture) and I want to change its color to white. I selected the blocks and change its layer to my BLOCK layer which color is white.
So, why isn't it white? It's still orange. How can I change the color?

about black to white color changes and vice versa. I have a client that will often ask for this and i know its a pain in the butt but i have to do it. is there any layer styles i should be using or is it just a matter of levels, curves, brightness, untill you get it right.

Background is a material so it's not all perfectly the same color, very slight different shades of blue in the picture. The tutorials say outline it but this is a circular metal object. I tried using the circle tool but I can't get it exact and there seems to be no way to select a circle.

know of a macro available that will search a document for any form of white fill (rgb, cmy,cmyk,greyscale, etc) and if it finds any of those colors, it will automatically change those white fills to a Pantone White Spot Color?

And that there are no color shifts. I had version 6 at work and its fine, when I converted from RGB to CMYK the colors just got a little washed out but the whites remained white.
