AutoCAD Inventor :: Can't Project Single Cut Edge?

I remember that you used to be able to specifically pick out individual cut edges to project to a 2D sketch. Maybe it was 2010? However, I come across this issue again and again since the new 2011 and now 2012 where I must project all cut edges. I can no longer figure out how to just project the ones I want. This can be every frustrating when dealing with complex shapes. Is this no longer possible?

I've just recieved a new pc with Win7 64bit (no admin access) and AIS 2008 SP3.
When I go to Projects>New, the only option is new Single user Project. How can I enable the other project types or what can cause them not to show up?

I work for a company that does not use Vault. Yet. We have 8 Inventor Users which I will categorize as beginner to novice. My question is: is there a way to insert a bolted assembly from the CC and have it save those pieces to the individual project file. All of our project files are set up as single users so when you insert a bolt on one computer it won't show up on another users station. I could've sworn there was an option to do this, but can't locate it. We do not have the CC on our server and I am currently working on getting IT to do that, but these things can take some time.

I'm trying to project an edge of a cylinder in a "detail" view. Here's the process I'm taking. Click the view and pick "create sketch", then I pick "Project Geometry". Then I pick the edges of the cylinder I'd like to project and it only projects one side. I can select the edge, but when I right-click and pick done it won't project it. It appears to me that it's only allowing one edge of the same object to be projected. I've tested other objects and it seems to only do this with cylinders.
Is this a setting or a bug in 2012?

I'm having a problem with the 3D functions in my recent project. (note: only in this particular project!)
When putting the 3D tick on any layer, all the other layers in the composition just turn invisible and the background is set to black. However, the little eye which handles the visibility of a layer is still set to visible.
In addition, the X and Y Rotation has lost it's functionality. The object is not rotated but more or less compressed, which looks like a bad imitation of a 3D rotation. I'll better show you.

I do not have vault installed and I am trying to add sub files to my project. As of now my project has to find many of my files and I do not want to copy and past them into my project folder as this will mess with my parts numbering system. I want only one part / assembly file per part. I assume that you can do this with the project dialog box or some other system tool I just can not seem to figure it out.

we are using adobe animate to make medical related flash type cards, we have completed our work BUT
problem is this when job is done edge animate created multiple files to including Scripts, images and HTML files, which becomes very difficult to upload on a server when we need to uplaod thousands of edge files on our site.
is their any way that all the files are compiled into one file? so it will become really easy to uplaod thousands of flash card. secondly, is their any way to encrypt all stuff?

debugging in Edge Animate projects.
a - I use console.log("message"), and developer tools window to sort of double check stuff. is there any other way t to see the values of different parameters in my code when it is running?
b - The only place to check errors, is "ctrl+E" window (main code window), correct? it usually highlights the syntax error on bottom.
c - Is there anyway to see the DOM STRUCTURE of the project? it would be really useful, if we had a button on Code panel that could quickly reveal the DOM structure and elements ID, names, for faster access. Currently i use naming methods to sort of figure things out looking at the symbol / elements panel.
d - How do you make sense of the error, "Java event Handler error" which refers to the .js file and gives no hints to any code line.

I'm having trouble making my project fit all screens.
This is my project link: [URL]
I've made this project 7000px wide - scrollable horizontal - with a fixed object (the shopping cart) to make it feel like you are pushing the cart along the street. I then set height to about 1200 px, to prevent the bottom of the screen to go white.
I want this project to look good on mobile, iPad, laptop and PC/Mac - both orientations.
I thought I was in the clear with theese settings, but checking it on a small screen (laptop), the bottom of the stage fell out of the screen. And we can't have that...
I tried setting the height to 100%, tried having a smaller height (800px) and setting the background color to green, tried hiding and showing the overflow, but I can't seem to hit the perfect settings for this to work.
My inspiration comes from this project:[URL] Now, this works - as far as I can see - on all screens, both orientations.

For example I have some complicated animation in 500 - 300 px size.Are there ways to enlarge the entire animation up to 1000 - 600 px or some another size?Using presets for responsive layout leads to unexpected results, may be it solves only simple cases when objects have similar characteristics and so.I had made a complex animation and then found out the size might be 2 times bigger - doet it mean I'd start from the beginning?

For example, I have a 10cmx10cm grid with lines every 1cm. I want to turn this square into a triangle by reducing the length of the top edge to a single point. The final image should show the vertical lines reaching up towards the top centre, while still leaving the horizontal lines 1cm apart.
Using DISTORT will push the vertical lines up towards the top, producing uneven spaces between the lines. How do I avoid this? know it would be easy to recreate the desired triangular grid from scratch, but this is just an example of my problem. I need to apply the solution to graphics which cannot be reproduced again - i.e. bitmaps.

I have generated a test example of edge animate project in html and in the code i only have found this code <div id="Stage" class="EDGE-4553 33329" > </div> in the html file. My question is if all contents of my project generated in javascript will be indexed by Google. I think this is important if I am going to replace flash tool cause this is great problem of flash for web projects.

I'm trying to work on a project I created a few months ago in Edge. However, when I try to open it in Edge Animate CC, it just displays a blank screen (See image).
The timeline, the canvas, the properties, nothing seems to be populated. If I drag the time line back to 0:00, an alert pops up saying "An error occured. Please save your work and restart Edge Animate." The exported HTML file still seems to work fine though. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Edge, but that hasn't seemed to work.
EDIT: This seems to be an intermittant problem. Sometimes, the file displays correctly, sometimes it doesn't. If I close the program and open it again, the issue re-occurs.

how I can control another Edge animation and/or html element of a single page from a custom Edge animated button? For example, I created an animated tabbed buttons in Edge, then I want to animate a different Edge animate once I clicked on a button in the other Edge animation. I want to add multiple Edge animation in one page instead of one big Edge animation. This is partly because the design of the page is done is Muse with the parallax effect.
