few days ago, when I clicked on "Save for Web" I received this error.
"Could not complete the Export command because of a program error."
This used to work fine before a few days ago. I haven't made any changes to my computer. I've deleted the Save for Web prefrences file as well as the Photoshop preference file. None of these have helped. I am still unable to Save for Web.
After the fee upgrade from OSX Lion to Mavericks my Lr cannot find the previously imported and processed RAW file when the Export function is requested.
I am running CS3 and for some reason, I get this error on many of the filter options. To reproduce: - load any picture - it does not matter what format I use- create a new layer by selecting the new layer icon at the bottom of the layers pallet-
with the new layer selected, going to the menu item filter/blur/Gaussian Blur I have reset the preferences by pressing ctrl/alt/shift while bringing up Photoshop. I also have reinstalled (repaired) Photoshop. I've tried many different pictures with several formats (raw, .psd, .jpg) with no luck. Interestingly enough, the filter Lens Blur does come up with the screen.
I have recently upgraded from CS4 to CS6. After editing a jpeg, I try the Save As command and recieve this message...."could not complete the Save As command because there is not enough memory RAM" I also notice that all my images are at 72 dpi, is this going to affect image quality? I shoot in the largest file possible when taking the photographs.Â
With Bridge CC open, I select Browse in Mini Bridge and receive the following: "Cannot complete the command because the extension could not be loaded" Â Photoshop CS6 works fine, but this is with Photoshop CC.
I'm having a problem with my recently installed copy of PS CS6 (with the latest update).
My system: PC with Intel Core i3-540 (not over-clocked: 3.06GHz) and 4GB RAM running Windows XP SP3. The graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD5450.  The problem: When I first launch Bridge and CS6, everything is working fine. But after 10 minutes or so, ACR starts acting up. Specifically, edits become increasingly sluggish and ultimately the image won't transfer into PS. Instead, I receive the message: "Could not complete the Open As command because there is not enough memory (RAM)".  I do not have any other programs open (aside from Bridge) when this happens.I would have thought that 4GB of RAM would be a sufficient amount of memory.  I am not using the boot drive as the PS scratch drive.  Two more bits of information: (1) I have the Memory Usage slider set to 80%; (2) Cache value is 1,024.
I have an error that pops up saying "Could not complete the Wind command because there is not enough memory (RAM)."It has nothing to do with saving. I can do some smaller things like Render/Difference Clouds, but not that. Also my white colors appear a little peach colored.
I have PS CS6 and when I click on File> Import> Video Frames to Layers.. Next, the window that says "Initializing Video Import" starting to load and always get stuck and that's what appears: "Could not complete the video frames to layers command because the DynamicLink Media Server is not available". That's with aaaall the videos. Â I've been trying with File> Open but that's what says "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document".
I just reinstalled Photoshop CS6. I'm running OS X 10.8.2 . Â I use the Nik plugins suite, and reinstalled them as well. Now whenever I try to use one of those plugins I get the error "Could not complete the ... command because of a problem with the filter module interface." Â The reinstallation was a bit of a struggle due to issues on Adobe's end, and I am hesitatnt to just dive in and reinstall without some idea as to what might cause these errors.
I have been using Photoshop CC for several months to export animations to .mov. All of a sudden it gives me this message - "Could not complete the Render Video command because of a problem with Adobe Media Encoder." what is happening, the Media Encoder seems to be working fine.
I've recently started getting an error message I've not noticed before. If I use CTRL L on an empty layer by mistake, I get the following message.
"could not complete the levels command because of a program error"
I can't swear that I've never had it before, and I'm sure I must have used CTRL L on an empty layer before, but I don't recall seeing it.
Whatever happens, it's not exactly a user-friendly message. A Google search turns up no matches, lots of similar ones, but I haven't found an answer yet.
To recreate this error, draw 2 simple shapes in Illustrator CS6, copy and paste them together as a Shape layer in Photoshop CS6.
Then go to 3D > New 3D Extrusion from Selected Path. I just accept the defaults.
Then go to 3D > Split Extrusion.
The error is thrown at this point. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work. Â I've tried rasterizing the shape, but then I get a different error. When I select 3D > New 3D Extrusion from Selected Layer, I get the error: "Could not complete the New 3D Extruions from Selected Layer command because the path is too complex." This is ridiculous. I can't get the 3D to work at all.
Add a new layer (you should now have a file with 2 layers)
Choose Select>Deselect Layers
Click on the QuickMask
paint within the mask with brush  error:  "could not complete the Brush Tool command because of a program error."   workaround - keep a layer selected.
I recently learned to make gif images using KMPlayer and my Photoshop CS6, but today I hit a snag that I can't seem to get around. Normally I capture a scene from a show DVD I have in KMPlayer and then import the video frames into layers/frames in photoshop with no problem. Well today I went to do that, and captured the scene with what seemed like no problem (the small captured scene saved with no problem) but when I went to CS6 to import the video into layers, I got the error message "Could not complete the video frames to layers command because the file could not be opened". At first I thought it was the KMPlayer saving the files wrong, so I retried and got the same error message. I Restored the players settings back to a default and the file still wouldn't open in photoshop, and then I even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the player trying to get it to work, and then I thought it must be photoshop, because even scenes I had captured at an earlier day that worked perfectly fine when importing would not open. Â Should I uninstall/reinstall photoshop and see if that works,The files I'm trying to import are AVIs as always, I even tried to capture scenes in other formats to no avail. What could be causing the problem?
I am using Photoshop Elements 9 and the "move" tool is not working. The Auto select layer box is checked and I have rebooted the computer and reset the move tool. I keep getting the error message "Could not complete the Move command because of a program error."
So I decided to try my hand at making gifs and so I attempted to upload a video by going to file -> import -> video frames to layers. Before even letting my pick my video it comes up with an error message saying "could not complete the video frames to layers command because dynamiclink is not availible." I then tried file -> open -> and then selected the video and no matter what file type or size I chose I ended up with the same error message.
I looked this problem up and attempted some of the solutions but to no avail. I tried clearing my preferences and restarting photoshop many times in addition to restarting my computer. I also checked to make sure it wasn't being blocked by any firewalls and it wasn't. My opperating system is Windows 7 and I'm using photoshop cs6.
Does the command still exist to export a drawing to the 3DS file type? I remember doing it in 2007, but do not remember the command and can not find it in the help files.
Run TIME command and then take the resulting text and save it to a file.
Ideally, the text file should be named based on the drawing name. I know there's ways to write text to a file but I haven't had any luck taking the output of a command and exporting it.
We have our options set to Auto Publish on Save (Autocad 2011). On some of our stations, the PDF will pop up automatically. This is what we WANT to happen. On other stations, the pdf has to be found and then opened to make sure it is correct. (this step, which is apparently way to difficult for some people, is not being performed, leading to extra work/time later to complete the project) I had everyone ensure their DWGtoPDF.pc3 custom properties was set to "open in PDF viewer when done" (and when they do a straight plot, it does come right up) It just wont do it when its thru Auto Publish. Mine is one of them that comes up just fine....I have looked at every setting I have and tried to compare with theirs, but it all looks the same.
I have been working with LR 2.7 for a while now and was happy with it. Â PC - Win XP - LR3.5 Photo's stored on external hard disk (K:) Â The RAW captures of a Nikon 3100 I recently won were not being recognized/imported by LR 2.7 and I installed the 3.5 version to see if it was any better. I would have to buy it anyway by the time I switch to Win7. In 3.5 the Raw files were imported, the settings of 2.7 were nicely taken over but now and I cannot export the files I have worked on to the K: drive of the external hard drive as I used to do with 2.7.
I get the message 'The folder could not be found' though it is set in the Export Window and I am looking at it in Win Explorer. Â The original RAW captures are on the D: drive but that was always the case with 2.7 as well... I am doing it exactly as I used to with 2.7. Â I tried with a photo from an older folder of my usual camera and everything works fine there. The problem seems to be only with the Nikon files. Now I start wondering if there is something with raw format of this Nikon camera that is putting LR in a twist...
cs6. I downloaded the master collection and when i go to open Photoshop i receive the error,, "Photoshop.exe. - Entry Point not Found" "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in dynamix link library KERNEL32.dll." My operating system is Windows XP, english
I have a single user who's PS (CS6) that seems to always (or atleast, a great majority of the time) corrupt large .psd documents. It doesn't seem to matter if she is working with previously created files, or starting from scratch. If she saves a file that is larger than about 900MB, it corrupts and nobody can open it anymore. I've tried removing the entire CS6 design suite, and reinstalling it, but the issue persisted. I have about 10 users on identical systems that have never had issues, and she never had issues until about two weeks ago. As far as I know, nothing major changed on the system when this started happening. how I can stop the file corruption?
