View 8 Replies View RelatedI have Photoshop CS5 Extended and want to upgrade. When I got to the Adobe Upgrade page I can't see Cs6 Extended, just CS6...If (as I have CS5 extended) I upgrade will I get Extended? If not where do I look for the upgrade to CS6 Extended?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI currently have both PS CS2 as well as CS3 Extended on my computer. When I decided to upgrade to CS3 from CS2 I went with the extended version but find I really have no use personally for the 3D tools. Strangely, there is no way to 'downgrade' from CS3 Extended to plain old garden variety CS4. However, it does appear that you can upgrade from CS2 to CS4.
If both CS2 and Cs3 Extended are on my machine and I purchase a CS4 upgrade will the software see the CS2 and allow an upgrade to CS4, or will I be 'shut out' because I have CS3 Extended on the machine? Will I have to uninstall CS3 Extended and then do the upgrade to CS4?
I'm already subscribed to CC for CS6, but can't get Extended to use the 3D aspect.
View 1 Replies View RelatedNotice on Adobe site indicates that update 13.0.5 is available for Photoshop cs6 Extended--non Cloud version. However when in the program itself using the update didn't show any updates for Photoshop CS6 only Illustrator cs6. And this update on the Adobe download site only appears to be available for the mac and not the pc.
Â
So where is this update and what is the Adobe play to keep CS6 Suite of non-cloud products up-to-date.Â
I have ps cs6 standard and want to know if I can upgrade to cs6 extended without the Creative Cloud?
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe version of PS you get with a Creative Cloud subscription is Photoshop CS6 Extended, correct?
Â
I just installed Photoshop via my new Creatve Cloud subscription. Before doing so, I decided NOT to unistall my aleady installed Creative Suite 6 software - this included Photoshop CS6 STANDARD.I didn't uninstall my CS6 because I wanted to avoid any possible downtime + the Creative Cloud thing is a whole new experience for me, I wasn't sure how it would work.
Â
Why didn't my PS CS6 Standard upgrade into PS CS6 Extended when I updated it with the Creative Cloud installer? There was no option to install Photoshop via the newly redesigned Adobe Application Manager, just "update".
I just recently (yesterday) became a member of the creative cloud. Now I am aware that my subscription (full individual subscription) allows me to use Photoshop CS6 Extended.
Â
I previously had Photoshop CS6 Standard installed (my suspicion why it's not working properly) removed it and downloaded Photoshop via Application Manager, but it's still not the Extended version.
Â
Also is there a way to keep the downloads because I'm constantly using photoshop at work (one of my main tools) and having to uninstalling and re downloading (which seems to take forever) is not the best solution.

Photoshop cs6 extended (64bit) flashes black when clicking on canvas or on a layer. I can't get anything done, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled... all other Creative Cloud apps work fine. I'm using windows 8.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased the Adobe Creative Suite (CS6.0). About a year and a half ago I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 and I have been using it heavily and customizing it. I have installed the Creative Suite and Photoshop CS6 shows up as a completely different application than Photoshop CS5.1.
How do I transfer all my custom brushes, swatches and other settings to Adobe CS6? Is there a way to just update the 5.1 into 6.0 while retaining all my settings?
I only want to pay for the CS6 upgrade for Photoshop. Is it possible if I have the CS5 creative suite or do I have to upgrade (and pay for) the whole thing?

View 1 Replies View RelatedAnyone out there know how to transfer Adobe Creative suite 2 Premium to another computer? I deactivated the software on the computer I am retiring and tried to install it on my new laptop. It will not activate; says I have a wrong serial number, name or organization.
I installed it 3 years ago and don't remember what orgainization I used ( I work for several organizations). Tech support will not help me; says the product is too old and they do not support it. I spent a lot of money on this product and now I am dead in the water. Can anyone help or suggest how I can get this product running on my new computer?

I also have Acrobat 9 reader, and flash palyer and other Adobe readers & players etc, Will the readers conflict with each other?
The company I am currently working for are using Adobe Creative Suite Premium and are looking to upgrade to Creative Suite 3 Design Premium.
I just wanted to check a few things thou before we spend the money.
First of all is this upgrade possible or would we have to upgrade to CS2 then CS3?
Also CS3 Design Premium contains Flash and Dreamweaver. Will we get these 2 programs if we update? or will it just update the software we already have, as Flash and Dreamweaver aren't part of the original package we purchased.
I would like to disable the auto scroll function. I am tired of getting thrown around in photoshop and indesign. if this can be done and if so, how to do it.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a brand new Dell desktop that runs windows 8. I installed the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection and got a message saying that there were errors during installation and some things might not work properly. I uninstalled and did it a second time. Same message.
I then spoke with an Adobe agent who told me to download a program to detect what the errors were. He said they were minor issues and shouldn't affect the programs. I then spent hours today speaking with Dell on the phone and the rep took remote control of the computer and did a diagnostics check on the hardware. He said everything is fine. I asked him if it might be the video card needing an update so he ran an update. Same issues, no change.
We changed the compatibility to windows 7 and still no change. I then uninstalled the creative suite and tried installing it from the desktop. Still same problems. These are the issues in Photoshop:
Â
1)When using certain tools (transform tool, crop tool) the images goes completely black.
2) The background switches at random- sometimes checkered, sometimes grey, and sometimes black.
3) Color saturation is incorrectly represented. It switches whenever it wants. For instance, when I zoom in and out it changes.
Â
In Adobe Bridge some of the RAW images don't show in the program. Some I just can't open. Others open fine. Those images will open in Photoshop but not in Bridge.
I had to refresh my computer and it uninstalled my Adobe products. How do I get them back. I don't have the option through cloud. It only gives the option to upgrade.Â
View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is on a completely fresh installation of windows 7 x64.Before installing Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection x64 autoplay for my camera works, after installation it does not work. If I uninstall it, it works again.Where is this program disabling autorun for devices. Autorun for flash drives works fine, its just the non-volume devices that are affected.
Â
I tried using gpedit and reg keys to re-enable autoplay for the camera but it does not work. When I plug my camera in, I can still go to my computer I can get my pics without any issues, its just that this is bugging me.Don't think there is an answer out there, guess I just need to not be so OCD with this stuff.
Will your creative suite be receiving an upgrade to make it display properly on the new retina MacBooks?
