way to easly make steam appear (say from a coffee cup etc.) in photoshop 6 ? (lame as it sounds i have been using photoshop since 3.0 and never tried to do this LOL bad PS user bad bad bad!)
View 1 RepliesI have a photograph of a steam train, which i am editing for my grandfather, and i wanted to add a few smaller pictures in the 'steam' from the train? Ideally i was hoping to put 3 or 4 pictures in 'clouds of steam' if that would work?
I have uploaded a pic of a similar train picture, and may even use the steam from it, as it is fuller than the one i will be using.
how to create a moister steam flow similar to the image attached,is there some some plug-in or other way of doing it easily?

I have two images. I want to make one image look as though it is coming out of the other. In the middle of the image. I have an image of a forge. and the other is a saxophone. I want to combine the two so that it looks like the sax is be made from the fire in the forge. I just want the bottom of the sax not be shown.

they are talking about "layer style" / Gradient overlay right? as oposed to adjustment layer gradients or the Gradient tool right?
