I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended a long time ago and I have been using it just fine up until I installed Windows 8 Pro on my laptop. I restored my computer and lost my Photoshop files and save logs, so now I am back to square one and need to get a copy of CS4 Extended downloaded as I still have a key from the original product i purchased, but my DVD/CD drive do not work on my laptop. I have tried everything I can think of with no luck.
I am setting up a new computer (Mac) and am not transferring data from old computer (clean install). I own Photoshop CS5 (not the Extended), and need to re-download that version (I had upgraded via Adobe website). The only version I see offered is the Extended, which I do not need or want.  How can I find the download I need? I have all the serial numbers going back to Photoshop 2. This always fills me with dread, with these applications- most unfriendly.
I have a copy of CS4 Extended MAC with a valid serial number. I don't seem to be able to find a download for this version. I see the update but I am installing it on my new computer and don't have my disc. Where can I download it?
I have attempted to download Photoshop CS6 Extended trial, however, once the install is completed, it's just the standard version. WHERE can I download the Extended Version?
I already own Ps CS6 and after buying a subscription to the Cloud, tried to download PsCS 6 Extended, but it wouldn't come through. I tried to download the trial version before I purchased the subscription, but that didn't come through either.
I downloaded CS4 Extened and used the trial section, with the idea to purchace. Stupidly I inserted an expired serial number and now cant get the program to reload. I would like to purchase but need to know if I delete and re download will this work? If I need to purchase with re-downloading, it is fine but I need the sequence I need to get this right
Why is Adobe Japan's Academic Photoshop CS Extended only available in the Japanese language? Adobe is an international company with Photoshop available in almost 2 dozen languages. There should be a choice of language for Academic versions no matter where one lives.
i bought adobe cloud and i started downloading all the software and deleting old version. I didn't know there was a special way to delete adobe application so i just dragged it into a program called app cleaner and it deleted all the files. But it won't let me put cs6 photoshop on my computer because it still thinks i have cs6 photoshop beta. how can i get photoshop back onto my computer.
Currently I am running PhotoShop extended CS5, 64bit. in which i have my fovorite plugins (Topaz, Nik and OneOne) running perfectly. Â I have upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud and installed PhotoShop extended CS6 using Adobe Application Manager as recommended. It didn't ask me if I wanted to upgrade or do a new install for PhotoShop. So now I CS6 running with no Plug-ins. I need my plugins! LOL. Â I tried pointing to additional plugins in the CS6 preference to the CS5 plugin folder. Upon Launch it gave me a whole slew of error messages saying something cant load or launch C+ runtime error or what not. It does open up, but it only gives access to Nik and Topaz. OnOne doesn't show up under filters or extensions. Â So, what are my options? Â Just copy the plugins from CS5 to CS6? Â I dont't want to reinstall all the plugins to CS6 if I don't have to as I've auto updated them over time to current versions online, so only have installation files for my original purchases.
I'm happy with the NX version, but if I want to upgrade to XT, how do I do it? I looked on the upgrade options for XT and upgrading from NX, is not there.
Everytime I try to update from 14.0 to 14.1.1 it comes up with an error (some recommended components could not be installed). So I need to use the full install .dmg (Mac) to update.Â
Right, here is the problem - installation media is corrupted and I need to re-install Photoshop CS5 on my Mac.  I have the valid serial number (as registered) but cannot find out where I can download Photoshop CS5 (unless I hit the torrent sites! - which I don't want to do). Where do I go to download the CS5 software legitimately?  I have had a look and it is not showing up in my "order history" .
Was on a yacht delivery from Miami to Panama Canal and my laptop got destroyed. I have my lecense key from when I purchased CS3, but need to redownload it.Â
I presently have CS3 and would like to try CS4 before purchasing. I have Vista-64, 12G Ram, i7 PC. After initiating the download, it just sits with a message saying "adobe download starting"...that's it...no dowmload.
I'm trying to download the trial version of Photoshop cc. When the 50% mark is reached when downloading, a window requests that I close bridge...bridge isn't open. How do I complete download?
Why can't I download Photoshop cs6 onto my new PC? I have the original Photoshop CS3 disk which has been upgraded online to CS6 with new serial number. I could not find any way to download either a trial or the programme I bought. My new computer is Windows 7 64 bit. If I deactivate Photoshop CS6 on my old pc will that work?
I bought Photoshop CS5.1 for my iMac. I now need it on my Macbook too as I am traveling for work. I'm pretty sure I can use my existing licence on 2 devices, seeing as I will only use one at a time. My serial key is for cs5.1 but the only Photoshop download link I can find is for CS6. Will my serial key work in cs6? I actually only want cs5.1 but I cannot find a link to download it.
Have used Adobe Application Manager to download Photoshop CC. It now says it is up to date but I cannot find it on my Mac. Where is it? Can I start all over again? Â Double clicking on the icon within Adobe Application Manager does nothing. Â I am running an older 2.66 Ghz Intel Core 2 DUo with 8Gb memory. Â Also Lightroom 5 not instal!
