I have Win XP SP3 all updates applied. Minimal services running. No software firewall. Everything installed just fine from Production Premium CS4 EXCEPT Photoshop. Error shown in subject line of this post is issued by installer.
Photoshop won't boot stating it is missing files from it's folder.
I have a Polish language version of Photoshop CS 5 and I'd like to change it to English. I've tried by  Edit>Preferences>Interface: Interface language but there is only Polish language to choose. Is there English version to download anywhere?
I bought a software 'plug in' in English language(German was not available), for a German version of PS CS5 and the first time(I did that many times) it's not working! I also tried to solve this problem with the support of the software company, without success. Of course I don't want to buy a new full PS version, to make this work.
For a couple of weeks ago, I started in a new school were all the students got Adobe Creative Suite CS6. The problem now is that all the programs are in Swedish, my home-language and I want it in English do to all tutorials and such on is in that language. Is there anyway to change the language in Illustrator to English? (I have already done it in Dreamweaver and Photoshop and everything is working just fine but I cant find for Illustrator)

Background: We have a correctly functioning installation of Win XP, and PS CS3 Extended which appears to work normally in every other regard. No obvious errors; no crashes, no start-up complaints; nothing seemingly out of order. I use several installed languages in Windows (Eng UK, Russian, Swedish, etc). All of these work normally. All of my installed fonts work correctly in every application on the system except for CS3. Â There would appear to be something wrong with CS3's keyboard mapping in foreign languages. When typing with a non-English keyboard setting (any other language) and using True Type fonts (not Open), only 'missing character' boxes appear in the artwork. The Layers menu displays the typed text correctly, but this will not appear in the artwork. If I use an old install of PS7, I can type using these same fonts correctly in any language. These layers can be imported into CS3, and these WILL display correctly on the artwork. However, the Layers menu in this case displays nonsensical characters. Ergo, I suspect that CS3's keyboard input data is errant. Â Where does PS3 keep its information regarding language / keyboard layout? It is possible to edit this file(s)?
for some reason my Photoshop CS is not allowing me to select 'english' in the resolution field when I create a new document in Photoshop. Any ideas why? Another installation here at my office shows English as an option - on my machine and another machine it's not there at all. This of course is concerning because if we select other language options the numbers get concerning and we are not confident that using 'Arabic' will provide us the correct resolution settings.
