Oct 26, 2013I recently upgraded to Elements 11, and my iPad to OS7. I tried to synch new albums via iTunes and it did not work.

Sep 6, 2012this feature seemed great...until I used it. all pictures in a version set get transfered to the iPad...not just the top photo....which is, of course, what one would want. this glitch makes this feature nearly worthless.

Jan 9, 2014I am using photoshop elements 12 organizer as well as revel on multiple computers and an ipad. Revel syncs perfectly across all devices including elements. Changes made in elements organizer though, do not. They used to, but have inexplicably stopped. New pics don't upload, additions to albums don't sync, tags don't either.
Revel agent says checking for changes and sometimes says up to date. I've restarted the agent and the computer a gazillion times - nothing doing!

Is there a setting that should be activated, If so, which and what are the steps to deal with this problem? I have not had this problem with photos edited in earlier versions of PSE
Photos edited in PSE12 and sent as jpegs to the ipad cannot be opened. Photos not edited in PSE12 can be opened. This needs fixing.

Nov 23, 2012I've recently upgraded from Elements 8 to 11. New albums created in organiser 11 are not visible in iTunes for synching to my iPod. All of the albums created in Elements 8 are still visible. Is this a bug or is there something I need to do to make the new albums visible?

Before now I have used the Twain interface.If I push the "scan" button on the printer, it says "waiting for PC".If I use the WIA import option, PSE asks which pictures I want to COPY.I copied the Import Export directory from Optional Plugins to Plugins, and selected it in PSE preferences, but the option for Twain does not come up when I select Import.

I have tried the erasrue tool but when I get too close to the edge it is not differentiating between the person and the background - the colours are not hugely different. I have tried different ways of doing it with discontinuous option. on demos, it points to the sampling option but that doesn't seem to be available as an option. I have also tried using the selection tool but it is difficult/impossible for me to accurately capture the body of the person only as it traces elements of the door behind the person.

When I go to FILE and select OPEN and then go to the folder where pictures are stored and then click on the folder nothing appears except the message "No items match your search". I have been using Elements 5 on an XP system and have no trouble selecting the folder, opening it, select the pictures I want to edit and edit them. What am I doing wrong in Elements 11?
