Jul 16, 2013I am working in CoreDraw X6 on Windows XP, and I was trying to create an animated gif banner. When I completed the set up, hit preview, the animation did not work. Thought maybe it was just the preview so I saved the file as an animated gif. Opened it in Windows Picture Viewer, and it still did not work. I also tried the process in X5 without any successful result.

Feb 8, 2013I've seen this question answered before, but I followed the criteria; 99 transparency 100 opacity, but nothing is working. I have a tablet set up, and on my first laptop, the pressure worked fine in Corel.
I got a new laptop and downloaded Corel again, but it doesn't work now. I've downloaded the driver from the internet, but again, no luck.? Pictured are the different attempts of pressure, each the exact same.

Similar to how its done in photo shop only, I'd like to zoom in to areas, trace out the areas, then take those selected areas that I traced and move them to a different layer. Is this possible?

AutoCAD 2013 :: Create Automatically Blocks?
Dec 11, 2013I've been working a while with AutoCad now but this week I received a task which I am not sure is not even possible to do.
I've been exporting drawnings from an other program into AutoCad2013 and all the objects in my drawning appear as loose objects in AutoCad. Can AutoCad create automatically blocks from these loose objects ?
Example : I added a picture of a transformer in this message. This object (2 circles, triangle and star) becomes all loose objects and is NOT one symbol anymore. My question is, if it it is possible that Autocad can recognize these loose objects and create automatically blocks from them. There are a lot of transformers in my drawnings and If I have to do it myself it will be loads of work.
Another thing they asked to do is working with correct European Symbols. I should therefore change blocks in my drawnings into correct one's. I believe when the wrong symbol is already a block it's more easy to change them. I think I should just select all wrong blocks, edit them and then update them. But before this, I have to get blocks in my drawning ofcourse.
GIMP :: Won't Automatically Use Epsonscan To Create Images
Jan 6, 2012When I try to create a document, Gimp finds my web cam, but not the twain driver. The scanner is a perfection 636U. When I click on "create>scanner/camera", it gives me a Twain.exe system error - error message that reads:
"The program can't start because PMDD32F3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Some more info that might be useful:
If I go into epsonscan directly, it finds the scanner and scans just fine. I can export the image and open in Gimp just fine.
The laptop is a win7 machine. There are no Win7 drivers for the scanner. I am using some Win2000 drivers that I used to use in XP with no issue.
The PMDD32F3.dll file is in the Windows>System32 file
I'm at a loss on why epsonscan works itself perfectly, but not in Gimp like it does on my XP machine.

Not just change the color but change the color AND make it keep it's original shading, etc. I have some family photos we had made recently and they used a beige color draping for the background. The ones we had made before had a black draping. I was wondering how I could go about using some sort of additive coloring to transform the varying shades of beige to the same varying shades of black.
I have already used the masking tool to separate the background from the rest of the photo.

Right now I just type my paragraph then manually insert a key note with attributes at the appropriate location. Problem is when I add or delete text from the paragraph, the line spacing may change, then I have to manually re-align all the key note blocks.

And by that I don't mean just correcting the tint, I mean converting a regular photo into one that has a single color tint (e.g., yellow, red, etc.). I've tried graying it out and then adding a transparent color layer over it, but I'm not getting the result I'm looking for.

May 12, 2013I would like to use a photo frame from connect, and keep it in the Effects>Creative>Frame menu of frames. I have downloaded and clicked and dragged the frame to my image, but I would like to reuse this frame. Is it possible to add it to the menu? I can download it to the menu - but it is a temporary item in the list of views to the right, which can be replaced from any of the permanent members of the dropdown selection of frames on the left of the Frame menu. I would like a frame to become one of those "permanent frames."
