I have noticed that files opened in Paint.NET 3.5.8 tend to pixelate at higher magnification. This occurs regardless of size, format or resolution. The same files opened in other Adobe, Ulead or even my MS file viewer do not do this.
View 1 RepliesI have checked my settings from PSPx3 with PSPx4 and everything seems the same when using the paintbrush tool but yet every time no matter the hardness level of the brush i end up with a white border on my texture .. NOT visible inside the program itself but becomes visible once I apply the texture to avatar.

View 5 Replies View RelatedCS5 has suddenly started opening files with the default magnification of 0.12%. This means images appear as tiny specks of dust in a very small window and typing 'cmd-0' has no effect. Typing 'cmd-1' does enlarge the image to actual pixels but the window stays postage stamp size and has to be manually dragged larger. Typing 'cmd-0' again at this stage returns us to 0.12%.

Resetting the zoom tool or anything else I can think of has no effect.
There is no way to export PNG-files with a higher PPI than 72. I saw a thread that you could scale the pictures when exporting then script to open Photoshop and resize them? This is the last step in my big script and if i cant get this to work i cant use it.

(this is my workaround)
however since i add images , I sometime forget to add those image names to the batch file, and they do not load.
so is there a way to add to paint.net the option to automatically load upon start the " last open images"
ie. the last images that were open before the program exited ?
I upgraded to PaintShop Pro X4 from PSP v9.0 and I noticed images are not opened in their own separate windows anymore? I need the ability to open an image in its own window and drag it around the workspace ...how to enable this in PSPX4 ??
View 8 Replies View RelatedSome of the images I have taken with my Olympus 7010 still camera, when opened up in PSPro X, are not showing correctly.A portion of the image is sectioned and the smaller part of the image has moved along horizontally, the effect being that for instance, a person's head is not on the body but further along the image. This only happens now and again but is annoying, the last time 2 out of 24 images were like this.They were loaded on to my pc via the camera's card,in a card reader.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently downloaded Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6. I am not able to see the content of any of the file I open (.psd or .jpg). I do see the file has been opened as the file name appears on the open file tabs, I also see the preview of the file in the Navigator Window and list of layers in the layers window.Â

View 17 Replies View Relatedi often scan in images, roughly 50 at a time, in the order i want them saved/numbered in. When i go to batch save, (along with some color correction and other small things) it numbers my files from the LAST image i scanned in to the first.. IE; what should be image50.jpg is image01.jpg and vice versa.. basically its doing the naming in reverse.
I never had this problem in PS7, only since moving to CS2.
Illustrator actually makes a file labelled "copy"everytime the particular file is opened. Each time it is opened, it makes another copy & tags a number on the end. It only happens with the occasional file, but once this happens, nothing will stop the problem. Selecting all & pasting into a new file does not work. There are no extra views. The artwork is originally copied from the customer file & pasted into a new document.

I have been opening my Illustrator vector images in Photoshop to save as JPGs today. All was working fine when all of a sudden I open in PShop, Now all I get is a transparent box. On both rasterized and non rasterized images. This is the latest trial AI/CC by the way. Restarted both programs.
View 3 Replies View RelatedBeen running PS CS5 successfully for a couple of years, then all of a sudden I can't work at magnifications other than 25% and Actual Pixels. The image disappears and I only see the checkerboard. There was a Windows update I ran on April 10 that included an update to the graphics card, which I thought might have been the culprit, so I uninstalled it. That didn't fix the problem, so I updated it again. I couldn't see anything else in those updates that should affect Photoshop.

I updated my graphics driver (NVidia GeForce),
Trashed Adobe Photoshop CS5 Prefs.psp (which crashed PS completely when I reopened it...luckily I kept the old prefs file on my desktop and dragged it back in),
Made sure Photoshop was up-to-date.

This is pretty un-advanced but anyways, all I want to do is "pixelate" and image. Better worded, I want to take an image and instead of it being sharp and clean, I want each pixel to stand out. almost like if you zoom way in while in PS, how you can see all the pixels. Is there a way to adjust how big each pixel is, i.e. lets say I wanted each pixel to be 4x4? Hard to explain, but I hope you understand what Im saying.

The command RenderFromFile will render the 3D drawing file at C:TempRender.dwg (see this file from attachment), and then write the output image to Render.png at the same folder. The rendered image is on the top view and has visual materials.
The command RenderCurrentView will render the current open 3D drawing, then write the output image to C:TempRender.png. The rendered image is on 3D view and does not have visual materials.
Both two commands call the same shared method RenderToFile(), but their output images are different. I don't know why they are different?
Method RenderToFile is a simplified version from Kean's code. I try to make the code short and simple to easily solve the problem.
My team is using AutoCAD 2014 and multiple people have noticed that while they're working, when they try to save the file it pops up a message saying the file is read only.

I am trying to import a set of .model files from CATIA which can be opened individually using MAX2013 DirectConnect importer, however when trying to import the CATProduct files which has all the .model files organised as an assembly I get an error message (also attached):

The message that occours when trying to open the program is:'Unable to set maximum number of files to be opened'. And then it generates a 'Problem Report for CS5 Adobe Illustrator'.
I have installed Adobe Illustrator but when I launch it I get an error message; "Unable to set the maximum number of files to be opened". When I click OK to close the error message the program will not open.
