Can anybody tell me if such elements dowloaded from adobe extension page are free for commercial use.

View 2 Replies View RelatedHas anyone got any recommendations for somewhere that I can download free Photoshop Custom Shapes and Brushes? I've had a quick look around Google and found some but unfortunately they are not compatible with my version of PS (CS3).
View 5 Replies View RelatedI am looking for a list of brushes & custom shapes that were added or removed in the last four versions of Photoshop Elements. (v8-v11) I have already tried a Google search, which resulted in nothing. Before I spend hours making my own list, maybe Adobe has a list they can share or perhaps someone else has already taken the time to compile their own list.I am needing the information to cross reference as part of our teaching program.

Question 2: Is there a way I can load and/or append more than one style at a time?
I just had the Beta version of PS uninstalled and the release version installed. The shapes, brushes etc. that I installed aren't listed any more.Is there a quick and easy way to get them back? I thought I could just go to presets and load them again but that didn't work.
As always, I looked through the faq's but didn't find an answer. Or how I am suppose to go about loading new shapes that would be great. have dragged and dropped the downloaded file to presets > custom shapes and then gone to PS to "Load" but it's not working
Basically i used to pen tool to draw a shape, i rasterised it and put an inner shadow on it using the layer styles, now how i could erase a corner of that shape without the inner shadow moving around the part i've just erased because i'm trying to blend it into the background
I hope you know what i mean, im sure if you opened photoshop, drew a shape, put inner shadow on it and then tried to erase a corner of it you'd see what i mean by the inner shadow moving into the part i just erased.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWithin Photoshop(CS5extended) there's an option to view Styles I have some original Shapes I have created and also downloaded not too many but I would like to have them added to the window drop-down menu at top similar to styles. Is this even possible, for the life of me I can't find a way to do it
View 9 Replies View RelatedWe have a Custom CUI Enterprise file that we load in the profile settings (AutoCAD 2008). I transferred it though the CUI Editor and saved it for AutoCAD 2012. When I load it into AutoCAD 2012, the pull down custom pull down menu does not show, with or without the menu bar turned on. I have some partial CUI files that I did the same way. When I load them, and list them in the Main CUI file as such, they show up as expected. I even tried to list the Custom CUI Enterprise file in the same manor, but I get a "read only" type message and it still doesn't show the pull down.
I also thought about transferring it to another CUI file to partial load and not have a Custom CUI Enterprise file.

I want to make a custom shape, so I made the shapes with the pen tool. But what I want to do is select all the pen layers and do Edit > Define Custom Shape, but i can only select one pen layer?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am trying to find out how to obtain more custom shapes. There are 30 or so that come with the program, but does anyone know how to get more? I am referring to the ones like heart, arrow, talk bubble, paw print, music note, etc. Is it possible to get more of these?
View 1 Replies View RelatedHey how do I add custom shapes. How dand hwere do i upload them. After that what do I do to use the. What tol do I use?
View 5 Replies View RelatedThis is related to AutoCAD 2005 only:
I have a custom menu file which is NOT located in the support path but rather is on a server drive for all AC 2005 user's to access. When I load this menu in AC 2005 and then restart, it is gone and has to be reloaded. This is happening for all 2005 users in this office. With AC 2009 we use CUI and that custom file is also located on the server, not in the support path, but the 2009 machines are working fine. It is only the AC 2005 users who keep loosing their menu item each morning.
I have done extensive searching on this and it appears to be a common problem but the thing which is also common to all the posts and articles I read on it is that none of them offer a resolution which actually works.
I somehow lost my Custom Shapes. When I try to load shapes in the preset manager, they are not there.

I know in PS6 you paste the vector shape as shape layer, then edit>define custom shape. However this is not working in PS7.
I'm using CS4 and trying to follow any number of tutorials and I get completely stumped every time at this point.
I'm asked to create a rectangle the size of my canvas and fill it. Fine. Then create a rounded rectangle overtop of it. Fine. Then I'm to go into blending options and Gradient Overlay. Fine. This is where I'm stumped.
They show the "gradient editor". I cannot find this for the life of me. Adobe CS4 docs state there should be a gradient preview in the info panel. There isn't because I'm not using the gradient tool.
I had created a couple of shapes with the pen tool. I've searched the PS folders to find those shapes as files, but I couldn't.
I'd like to know if there's any way to "recover" them. I still have access to the PS folders, but not PS itself. It's a little complicated. The partition I previously installed PS is now on the slave drive, because I couldn't boot from that partition, which is why I had to install XP once more on the (now) master hdd.
I was wondering how to create custom shapes with CS2. At the moment i'm dirtily drawing straight line angles freehand and they look terrible.
How would i, for example, cut the corners a square. Id use the rectangular marquee tool rotated 45 degrees and then cut off the corners like that. But it's not accurate at all and there's no shading to make the line look smooth.
I need to reformat and had some shaped I made that I dont want to lose.
does anyone know where they are stored?
I looked in Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CSPresetsCustom Shapes but did not see anything for "user made" or anything like that. Would they be in the "all.csh" or somewhere else?
I am trying to use Photoshop to create some simple maps for a MUD. I want to create some different colored blocks to represent the rooms. Is there a way that I can create the "rooms" (blocks) and then use them in another drawing? In other words, can I define a shape and save it to be used later?

I have some brushes that I'd used in Photoshop CS4 (still have Photoshop cs4 on my system) I'd purchased the CS6 Master Suite - and don't have those brushes in PS6.
I navigated to my Photoshop CS4 installation into Presets>Brushes thinking to Copy and Paste them into my PS6 installation, and don't see them there. Have looked both in 64 bit and 32 bit program area (I'm running Windows 7 64 bit system), and can't find all those brush presets anywhere.
Have tried searching for .abr files from the start menu but that's not pulling anything up (not even the ones installed with CS6 so not sure how to use that search properly or if it can't search by document type).
