II am not able to start trial period of PS CS3, freshly downloaded and installed on clean Vista x64. It used to work but I reinstalled OS after SP1 and no success since. After clicking on 'I want to try for 30 days' I'm getting 'A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3'.
View 16 RepliesI can not make anything in 3D. I think in CS3 it doesnt work too. But in graphic programs like MAYA and 3DS MAX i can make 3D objects and others but in Photoshop not. In Photoshop CS 4 I opened new document, with brush i wrote "Hello" and clicked on menu "3D" but there is everything disable :-/. My graphic card is "Ati Mobility Radeon XPRESS 200 series.
View 6 Replies View Relatedmy keyboard short cut for ctrl+ a doesn't work, for some reason. All the other keyboard shortcuts work, except for that one (At least i think so..). I read through numerous threads about why keyboard short cuts do not work. 1. they are cracked copies of photoshop, 2. they are using logitech keyboards.
But I'm not using a cracked copy, and I just upgraded my logitech drivers to the newest ones.. and the problem just started yesterday without any reason. But when I change my short cut from ctrl a to.. something else, say alt+ctrl+a. it works.. but I prefer the old ctrl A.
Right click open with PS7 doesnt work. Every time i select it, it opens in windows picture viewer. But i can open it in illusttrator 4 some reason.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI installed yesterday the trial version of the CS6 Master Edition on two computers and the photoshop doesn't work on none of them. Both computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits.The message appearing is like that:

Use the command "Properties" in Windows Explorer to unlock the file" (translated from portuguese, not well writter even in portuguese...) other issue identified, the uninstal of CS6 Master Edition blocks the alteration on the Photoshop.
Do the Layer functions work in the trial version?
View 4 Replies View Relatedit allows me to save normaly, but if i want/need to change a file type, or name and i click "save as" the save as window pops up for a brief moment then disapears.and photoshop feezes. it doesnt really crash, it just freezes and i have to go into task manger to close it.
im a digital artist so my cs3 program is really important...i need it up and running again!! any help here?
ive already tried ALT+Spacebar and then M to see if the window was juust off screen, but it didnt work. ><''
besides the program lagging ocassionaly with big file loads/saves everything works fine. its just this problem that keeps me from workng!
I have win XP + Adobe CS 3 Standard installed on my pc: when i open more than one photo at the same time with Photoshop CS3, the application immediately close.
I have two pc with the same configuration and i have the same problem. Note that i have Adobe CS2 installed + upgrade to Adobe CS 3. If i use Photoshop CS 2 i dont have trouble.
I haven't changed any settings but everytime I press CTRL+G it just adds a group instead of layer mask!
View 6 Replies View RelatedI tried to burn a movie to my tv screen in VS Pro X4. i used 4:3 aspect ratio but when i took the DVD to view on my tv, i saw 4 black borders around the movie on my tv screen, the borders were on top, bottom and both the right and left side. I tried both 16:9 and 4:3 in VS x4 and both had the same results 4 black borders.
when i burned the same movie in VS 10 plus with 4:3 the movie fits the size of my tv screen.
why is it that VS pro X4 ultimate cant burn the movie to fit the size of my tv screen as it did in VS 10 Plus? what setting am I missing in setting in VS X4
I installed Photoshop CS3 Trial and whenever I run it and choose to begin my trial period I get the following error message:
"Problem with Trial - problem loading trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3".
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and even ran the Adobe CS3Clean Script but nothing seems to help.
I should note I never installed any earlier version of Photoshop on my system (I use a fresh copy of Windows XP with only a few programs installed).
I've downloaded Photoshop CS3 and opted for the 30 day trial. It came up saying there was a problem with setting the trial start date and asked me to input a serial number. Which I can't do, because I don't have one (obviously, I haven't bought it, I just wanna try it out!)
I do have one weird thing that happened that might shed some light, I don't know. When I was installing it, my virus detector, Spyder, said it had found a virus and asked me if I wanted to delete it. I said 'Yes'. Could that have been a false finding, and have I deleted some vital piece of software code?

- Installation went smoothly and fast, surpisingly, but when I tried to open up Photoshop CS3 and clicked the button for "Trial" this error message came up....

I tried restarting...ONCE AGAIN...but it did not work and I also tried reinstalling/fixing it with the setup but it did not work..
I downloaded the trail version, and ive had it for two days. Whenever i go to open a file, it gives me an error. (then send error report one that closes it) I got it to work for a few hours went to bed and i havent been able to open anything since.

I keep getting the message "Could not use [insert tool name] because of program error." What can I do to fix this? View 3 Replies View RelatedI download the 30-day trial version of cs4-extended from adobe, using the Akamai Download Manager, the .exe and the .7z were 100% downloaded, everything fine, I extracted them and began the installation, but just at the last part where the installation is supposed to begin it wants me to put the cs4 cd in.
do I need to copy the 2 downloaded files to a cd first and run them off of it?
I try to download the photoshop cs4 trial it opens up the window that says "your download is about to start" or whatever it says, but then it just refreshes itself over and over and never starts the download. Do I just sit there and wait? I waited for about 30 minutes last night and still, no results.

I do understand that CS4 under XP64 is unsupported, but reports of slow-downs and crashes under Vista 64 are not very reassuring either.
I will probably upgrade to CS4 for the 64 bit support, but want to make sure it is stable. I also want to make certain that I will be able to uninstall CS4 without harming my system if things go badly.

I was about to download the trial version of CS4 and noticed that the download was the extended version, even though I had clicked on the link for the standard version.
My question is, do you get a choice as to which version you install? I have no interest in the extended version and want to try out the standard version only. Don't really want to have to figure out which features are in standard and which in extended.
When I go to install a CS3 trial that came with my new tablet, it tells me:
'You can only install one Adobe product at a time. Please complete the other installation before attempting to install Adobe setup'
The only other adobeproducts currently on the computer are flash player and reader. There was Adobe PSE 6 up untill two days ago, but that was cleanly uninstalled.

Windows XP
Service Pack 3
2.08 GHz, 512 MB RAM
I had Photoshop CS3 installed before running smoothly.
I formatted the whole computer, I have three partitions.
C: 441 MB (free space)
D: 73 GB (free space)
E: 66 GB (free space)
When I try to install CS4 and select a folder on partition D:,
it claims 'The size of the selected option exceeds the available
capacity' (translated from German). Although the installer recognizes:
Available capacity: 73 GB
Entire capacity: 1.2 GB
I only have about 9 GB of programmes on partition C:. Apart from that there is nothing on the computer.
Is maybe the RAM not sufficient for CS4?
I have PS CS3 Extended installed and would like to know if I can install the trial of PS CS4 Extended at the same time? In running XP and would naturally use a different installation folder.

I've downloaded the trial version, this seems to have been ok, I've extracted the files to a desktop Adobe CS3 folder but when I try and open the program nothing (literally) happens! No error messages, start up screen or anything.
My HDD light is active for 30 seconds or so but the end product is zero.
I'm sure my laptop is up to it in terms of system req's etc.
Are you able to use the brushes in the photoshop free 30d trial?
Mine seem to be blocked out/locked...
