Dec 14, 2012I installed the retina display-optimized update to my purchased (non-Creative Cloud) version of Photoshop Design Standard (via the Adobe Updater app that pops up in my menu bar only when updates are available), but now when Photoshop launches, I get Photoshop Extended (and it's a trial version). Is this a known issue? Will I need to reinstall Photoshop?

Aug 13, 2009I wanted to download the trial version of CS4 for Vista but am unable to run the program. I downloaded the trial and the very first time I try to open it, I get a pop up that says the license has expired. I thought we were allowed 30 days. Has anyone else had this issue? May 27, 2012I downloaded and paid for the upgrade version of CorelDraw X6 because I have X3,X4 and X5. I have installed it already but I went to reinstall on my desktop PC as I wiped my hard drive back to factory state, CorelDRAW no longer gives the upgrade option.

Nov 19, 2008I was about to download the trial version of CS4 and noticed that the download was the extended version, even though I had clicked on the link for the standard version.
My question is, do you get a choice as to which version you install? I have no interest in the extended version and want to try out the standard version only. Don't really want to have to figure out which features are in standard and which in extended.

May 10, 2012I bought a software 'plug in' in English language(German was not available), for a German version of PS CS5 and the first time(I did that many times) it's not working! I also tried to solve this problem with the support of the software company, without success. Of course I don't want to buy a new full PS version, to make this work.

When I now try to run PS6 the trial version popup appears and states trial version expired. I reenter my license number which causes PS6 to work for a few days (if that) then I have to re-do this process. what files I need to remove to prevent this from happening.

Feb 16, 2009asked to install the trial version of Photoshop CS4. I noticed this was buggy from the start as it crahes at random moments but especially when I try to save as gif.
When the full version of Adobe Web Premium was bought, I installed it but left the trial version of photoshop on, thinking it will overright the trial version, however I had to upgrade seperately. All other programs work fine but Photoshop is still crashing in the same manner as before.

When I try to install CS4 it fails, even after I removed the extended version. When I follow the steps to correct the installation problem as described in a knowledge base article, the install seems to work, but when I launch the application, it comes up CS4 extended again and, of course, will not accept my purchased serial number. If I could return the software, I would, how to remove this trial software so I can install the one I bought?

I am trying to put the following animation together and very confused when I try to get the section and also how to add new things to it. I am running the trial version of PS CS6 on a WIndows 7 environment. I want prior to purchasing the product. The following is what I want to do:

1. With the logo, have it be as if there is a spotlight moving back and forth at medium speed, shining on the logo. Wherever the light hits, have that section sparkle.

2. Have the "CLICK HERE," words alternate starkly (not blending) between white and pumpkin orange. Again, medium speed. That will be garish, but is okay because it's not part of the designed section.

I am having trouble trying to select just the "CLICK HERE" portion of the logo to have the words alternating color. how to get a spotlight function to this logo.Then how to have it sparkle when the spotlight hits the other section of the logo and not have the spotlight going over to the "Click Here" part of the logo.
